What's funny is i actually successfully applied 4 times, and i can do it yet again if i wanted to. I answered the case studies with conscience and flunked it, then i did as i highlighted earlier and i was on to the next stage. Then came the logical, craziest shit ever, i flunked it, registered again (third time) and passed by whiskers, 58%....then came numerical...as expected you can guess what happened next....yup flunked it yet again. I registered yet again, and flunked the numerical second time in a row. Then i decided, i dont need this stress, i no be robot. If just assessment stage can be this cray, then i can only imagine the shi to come in the succeeding stages. Aftrs 5+years experience, i think i shd sticj to looking to clinching mouthwatering management roles, and not subject masef to mental torture on top standard chartered crazily difficult and timed tests. how i was able to consistently re-register will remain my secret. lol...oh and as you can expect re-registering means going thru the apllication and assesments again

However, the location for obtaining the vaccination and issuing the Yellow Fever card has changed. The location is Ministry of Health, Port Health Office, beside the Toll Gate. If you are coming from Mafoluku Oshodi axis, turn right into the toll gate. The building is immediately after the toll gate. You should see the sign post.

The procedure is also very simple and straightforward. You will need a photocopy of your Passport Biodata page and N1000. You have to go in person as proxy processing is not permitted.
1. Enter your name, Passport Number and Telephone Number in the Register provided.
2. Submit the photocopy of your Passport biodata page and N1000 to the receiving Nurses.
3. Wait on the queue for inoculation.
4. Get inoculated.
5. Collect your Yellow Card.

As expected, there are touts around the premises waiting for gullible people to fleece. Don't fall victim. The process is simple and easy. It takes less than 5 minutes.

That tile is called Carara polished porcelain tiles. I bet it won't be less than 9,000 naira per square meter in Nigeria. I wanted to buy it in the U.S but decided to go for something plain at the same price. It is an extremely expensive tile to buy in Nigeria and very scarce too.
