Xiaomi release two phone variants , Chinese version and global version. Global version variant is for the rest of the world.

1. Stock android

Stock android is clean, but i hate its ui, looks so ugly.
Oxygen os is the best customisable and bloatfree
Oneui is the most beautiful android ui hands down and very customisable.

Yes they have. Apple has a knack for smoothening out an already existing Idea/technology.

You are right. The make thier custom soc so expect seamless transition between hardware and software.

OXYGEN OS: Customisable and not bloated
STOCK ANDROID: Pure vanilla android no bloat
MIUI: Customisable, Colourful, full of bloat.
But what they all have in common is that they receive steady updates

Xiaomi don't have much bloatware like Samsung. Samsung has the most bloatware (Samsung pay, Samsung music, Microsoft apps, galaxy store etc) well all these apps are beneficial for Samsung users
Only that miui have more bugs than oneui.
