Jobs/VacanciesRe: Logical Reasoning-if NIMC Make-up Was True, then This Is What It Means to Us... by anticent(op): 9:26am On Mar 11, 2013
Even some who wrote the test still got invitation for a make-up test.Probably NIMC wants everyone to pass.If we all passed, what happens next?lol.Welcome to Nigeria.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Logical Reasoning-if NIMC Make-up Was True, then This Is What It Means to Us... by anticent(op): 11:16pm On Mar 10, 2013
Alas! The NIMC make-up test is very much true. It's right there on their website. The question now is the motive behind this emergeency make-up test.

Everyone expects call for interviews now but noone is expecting a test.Hmmmmm.Government jobs.

Jobs/VacanciesLogical Reasoning-if NIMC Make-up Was True, then This Is What It Means to Us... by anticent(op): 10:41pm On Mar 10, 2013
If it was indeed true that NIMC has requested for a make-up test from people who could not write the test at first, then it means the total number of people who passed the previous test is not up to the required number of the expected applicants for the available slots. This will mean less than 1,740 people passed the last CBT test.

However,if this is a fake call, then everyone who wrote the last test all still have hope.

Share your opinions.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nigeria Graduates Are Not Employable : Do You Agree? by anticent(m): 8:48pm On Mar 10, 2013
When people say, Nigerian graduates are unemployable, they actuallly mean; "we all that went to school are unemployable. Some of us are lucky to be employed, nevertheless. That is why we are here to interview and possibly employ retards like us into the system again. We know we are all unemployable in the real sense, but we will still employ some of you though" If this assertion is true and graduates are still getting employed on a daily basis in Nigeria, then either the employer or the employee is a retard.

Jobs/VacanciesAll These Pomo Job Scammers Wey No Hear English.i Get Advice 4 Una... by anticent(op): 9:02pm On Mar 03, 2013
Many a times we have read on nairaland, scammers posing as employers to get people's info and money. However, some have mastered the art such that you hardly suspect it fakeness.

How do you claim to be looking for applicants who are good communicators yet you have written an F9 job advert grammar.Una no dey get sense.

How do you claim Chevron is recruiting directly on nairaland yet using Bleep@yahoo.com. Sha even if una no go school una papa too no go school ni?

Must you go to prison again. Why don't you live and let live.

It is getting unbearable and fast becoming a dent on the reputation of Nigerian graduates recently.

More than often, graduates have been invited for test and interviews under the pretence that they have been invited based on what they applied for but only to get to the venue and be saddled with stories of Health and Wealth from China's herbs.

Many graduates have been dissapointed not only in jobsearch as this is also unknowlingly damaging people's self esteem and trust for advertised positions.

Whereas these wellness companies have chosen to adopt unethical means to sell their products and recruit victims into their network system by promising people jobs online only to tell them about the wellness products and the multi-level marketing programme contrary to what 90% applicant had thought initially.

Owing to this,I therefore move a motion to clamp down on these nuisance making jobsearch harder for Nigerian youths.Once you notice what is going on at the venue is not what was advertised;interrupt, inquire and report to the police as scam with immediate effect hoping this would help curb this menace in our society.

Just finished my test at UI now.Very well organised.Let me tell you fact, they r not following the time on your slip.Once it's the day for your test,go early enough to write your test regardless of the time on your slip.Contrary to what most people think. The questions r changing everyday. Those writing 2mao should prepare themselves.Goodluck.

I wish there could be IQ restriction on Nairaland so as to choose who can join in a thread. It is shameful to see adults and perharps graduates derailing from sole purpose of a thread. If you can't stick to the purpose of this thread, how will you not write beyond the required answers in NIMC test. Thanks to those who have been helpful so far in this thread.Pls keep it up.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Share Your NIMC Test Experience by anticent(op): 1:01pm On Feb 23, 2013
It's 1pm now,we haven't read from anyone who has taken the test. What is happening.Very sure KPMG is not in charge of this test. NIMC should take note of this.
