There was a Lady in Baltimore that have had to take tip from my account without my consent. I immediately scolded her and demanded her manager showed up. Manager came, apologized and returned my TIP .
IF it were a "Gunpoint" issue as you purport that manager would have educated me on the necessity & lawful validity of such withdrawal.

If you tip a bank staff, it's between you and her. The moment you start getting a receipt for your tips, then it has become official and they would always expect you to tip whenever you visit.

Concerning that Lady, I had to Tip her using a raw cash. I had already paid $40 during booking before arrival. In fact, I had to ask her to follow me to my car in order to fetch a physical cash for her. I'm yet to acknowledge that TIPPING is compulsory. It's personal to the person that served you.

TIP is not mandatory neither is it compulsory.
You wouldn't be punished for not doing so.
It's usually out of benevolence.

I have had to TIP someone beyond what she was meant to charge me. A Lady who is licensed as a professional massage therapist, gave me the massage of my life in Phoenix while transitioning through the city.
I was meant to pay her $40 for a 90 mins session but I ended up giving her a $150.
She has got a midas touch. She's not normal.
She made me leave planet earth, ensuring I cruised through celestial homes abode.

No sovereign and standard presidency would allow an ordinary minister to be granting press conferences in quick unhindered successions like the way we have witnessed in this regime.

It's obvious Wike also bought APC Presidential ticket for Tinubu and Shettimah.
His grandiosity has overshadowed Tinubu's presidency and that of Shettimah.
Overbloated and morbidly obese Pressmen scramble and lobby to be in attendance, to honor Wike's invitation.

Probably he would have also ensured their licensure too. Shettima is long gone.
A complete denigration of the office of the presidency that an ordinary minister would rise to such an exalted position in an abusive and untamed fashion.

This is a residential area.
Having such around there would always deface the aesthetics of the area.
I suggest he moves such to a well befitting area devoid of such apartments that would enable him have access to a vast area of land.
