Thanks for asking they are fruiting but am not too impressed because the fruiting is scanty not much some stand Have 2 some 7 others 9 fruits d variety is Mona I suspect maybe disease also the leave seems to be rowing I have sprayed with laraforce, super grow, red force and Zforce maybe like 3wks ago and I sprayed yesterday evening again. But the local ones have like 15 some 20 fruits.

i ve xperienced it b4, and i found out that hybrid don't produce many fruits during harsh/hot weather unlike the local variety especially roma no matter the case may be it wl give u something.

Lizard is nt the culprit behind the damage, i experience the same thing in my cucumber plot in year 2018, early morni i did c cukes flowers scatters on the ground thinking it was lizard.However i decided to broadcast poison on the ground, to my greatest surprise i saw more than ten dead mice (rodents) in my cuke plot.let me teach you how to prepare the poison. Get phostosin tablet( it used to preserve kolanut) blend 1 tab and #20 biscuit together depending on the area of the farm and then use spoon to put it small quantity inside white polythene(the one used to parkage sugar and grdnut) tie it and broadcast in your farm. I believe u wl give testimony.Shalom.

I guessed as much,the crop vigor is poor, when doing a commercial farm like this with experience irrigation equipment it is best to go for proven seeds,don't be surprised to see shombo,chili,jalapeno, even bell pepper in that local cotonou pepper,you really have to boost the farm with chicken manure and fertilizers,it is dark now I could have shown you pics of how a vigorous hybrid pepper looks like

We grow plenty cabbage. Probably because of their thickness, Cabbage leaves take in water very slowly which means your spray needs to stay on the leaves a little longer for it to be absorbed. One way we found to keep spray longer on the leaves is to use a suffurcant, in this case, vegetable oil.

So far, it has worked brilliantly for us.

We don't add a suffurcant when spraying
Cucumber because we haven't found it to be necessary, and infact, the last thing you want as a cucumber farmer is little patches of oil stain on your fruits.

No such concern with cabbage since you often have to remove 3 - 4 layers of leaves before you sell, so buyers absolutely see no sign of any oil stain.

At the end of the day, it comes down to understanding what you grow and devising specific solutions for specific plants. One size rarely fits all.

abt the yield they both produced well bt thorgal f1 produced bigger fruit and as per fungi app i applied when i discovered curling of leaves however it should be weekly.thanks

weldone sir give thorgal f1 (technisem) a trial, i planted it last year, they produced many and bigger fruits, and they also responded quickly and positively to fungicide than cobra 26 however dont compromise staking.
