Isn't that atleast enough to earn him respect, except you're an illiterate you agree that obi is the architect of anambra being the best state in terms of education but you refuse to also affirm him as the architect of the current insecurity and underdevelopment In the same anambra. However, we really appreciate God Governor Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki for his words. your image laundry game is sub par. What reformation when he has killed education system in edo state. How long did it take to build the university itself that he's promising 2024 for a faculty, so that he will have ribbon to cut on the even of next elections. |

While I was working in a federal polytechnic in Southern part of nigeria, an OND certificate signed by the rector office was 80,000 naira while HND was 150,000. Funny thing was, the school fees per session of the institution was 45k for evening student and around 15 to 20k for regular students. The fact is it happens in EVERY public universities, polytechnics, colleges, even in secondary schools things dey play. If you know how curropt Nigerians are in nature, you go just shake your head and smile. |

Same judiciary that helped crooked criminals like Akpabio, Ahmed Lawan, Tambuwal, Dave Umahi to the Senate against the electoral act? Continue! but obi wanted tinubu disqualified based on technicalities. |

Weepnow: Think about this, black africans need to double their effort to overcome mental slavery.
Think about this, blacks in general seek approval from other race to quantify their self worth.
Right there in europe accross the english channel nobody cares about the english language, the french speak french, the italians speak italian, etc.
Recently the president of ukraine in an interview, said i have a lot power, instead of i have a lot of strength., was he belittled on the education front, no.
Think about this, if someone is born and raised in the states and speaks and writes english the mother tonge flawlessly, does it mean the person is well schooled.
Now, let us define the purpose of school. one attends school to be taught skills and obtain competence in that skill by acquiring the specialised knowledge.
Unfortunately, black africans attend school to learn how to master the english language, no wonder africa contributes to less than 2 percent of global gdp and world trade.
Interestingly, for the advanced west, those who poineered their economic industrial transformation were self taught and not schooled. The wright brothers, microsoft, oracle, apple, dell, etc.
What if she schooled in a different language. Hope i quased your simplistic view of that narrative. the hypocrisy in you didn't make you to castigate the president of Ukraine for not speaking his own Ukraine language but another's man's English but you are writing nonsense condemning people that are speaking their official language. English is our official language. Many American countries adopt European languages too and so does Europe nations too. Channel this your energy to better thing abeg. Saying across Europe nobody cares about English is another wrong statement coming from a place of ignorance. One of the most common wish of people in non English Europe nations is to be able to speak English. |

DMerciful: That is the explanation the LP lawmakers gave Obi and Obi's point is that the leadership of NASS shouldn't have bought it. Being official vehicles, they're not in a position to reject it because it belongs to the office and not them what it simply means is obi supports the buying of official vehicles for the legislooters. All politicians are thieves and the same. Support anyone at your own peril. |

LadyG05: You must be a wicked man to think that 15k for 2 kids is sufficient a month. Even if you stock the house with foodstuffs, there is no where 50k will be sufficient.
You expect this woman to feed each child with #250 daily ( morning, afternoon and night)
You said one of the children is not yours so her mom should fend for her.
If you continue in this wickedness, Go.d will send help to them but your end will be miserable. wahala did you even care to know what the man does for a living? Or do you prefer he take his two kids away to take care of them himself and leave the woman to pay her house rent, power, fend for herself and her child? If the man can pay house rent, utility bills, school fees, why on earth can't the woman work or do something to at least provide part payment for the feeding of Her own kids? So you want the man to pay everything? No be co parenting dem dey call am? You can only "lobby" the man to add something as the economy is very hard now. My sister hustle o, no go dey wait for man to do everything for you Sha. If he can be consistent with these responsibilities, he try!!! It's not easy out there for the men too. Make the woman go hustle, dats why I dey hustle with everything wey God take bless me. |

lalalista: I wake up each morning with sadness. My life has no bearing. I begin to question myself that what is my purpose in this life. Waking up in the morning and not having where to go. No job, no business, no husband. Ever since I lost my job 6 months ago it has been like this. I was able to save some little change from my previous job. I live in a comfortable apartment. Feeding is not my problem. I have everything I need. There's always light, pay TV is subscribed, refrigerator stocked with food, I have a loving and caring fiance but I still feel empty. I think of starting a business but I'm scared it might not be a success because of the Nigerian economy, this is not a time to loose any funds. I feel so empty. I don't even have friends here . All my friends traveled out of the country. I feel so empty. I'm not even interested in myself any more. I can't remember when last I did shopping for myself. I've not made my hair for 3 months. Staying indoors daily is killing me and I don't even know what to do about it. As each new day starts I don't even have direction of how the day will be. I feel so unproductive. I've been applying and the job isn't forth coming. I just feel like pouring out my heart here I understand that you're going through a challenging time, and it's essential to express your feelings and seek support. Isolation: The absence of friends and a social circle can intensify feelings of emptiness. While it's tough when friends are abroad, you can try connecting with local communities, joining clubs or groups related to your interests, or even engaging in online forums but no be nairaland o 4. Self-Care: Neglecting self-care, such as shopping for yourself or taking care of your appearance, can contribute to a feeling of neglect. Even small actions like treating yourself to something nice or a new haircut can help boost your self-esteem. 5. Productivity: It's normal to feel unproductive when you're not employed, but remember that productivity doesn't solely equate to work. You can set small daily goals for yourself, like learning a new skill, volunteering, or pursuing a hobby. 6. Job Search: It's disheartening when job applications don't yield results. Continue to apply, but also consider expanding your skill set or exploring new career paths that might align with your interests and the current job market.
