PoliticsCaleb M Mutfwang Party Swing A Betrayal Of Public Mandate by Arafat2022(op): 9:16pm On Jan 02
THE PDP CALLS GOVERNOR CALEB M. MUTFWANG PARTY SWITCH A
“BETRAYAL OF PUBLIC MANDATE”

We acknowledge the receipt of the letter of His Excellency, Barr. Caleb M. Mutfwang, Executive Governor, Plateau State, at the state party’s office this day, Tuesday, 2nd January, 2026, through the chairman, PDP, Ampang West Ward, Mangu, LGA, Plateau State, informing the party of the Governor’s decision to abandon the very party that brought him to power on the revered platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Governor Mutfwangs’s actions are a slap in the face to the people of Plateau State, who trusted him against all odds, and a betrayal of the party's ideals. He has chosen to prioritize personal ambition over the collective welfare of the Plateau people, and this will not be taken lightly.

The Party wishes to state unequivocally that it was never consulted by the governor himself concerning this matter as been alleged in some quarters; hence, there are no justifiable reasons, what so ever that would constitutionally permit such an unpopular decision of resignation, and subsequent defection to the All Progressive Congress party (APC) without automatically vacating the seat at first instance.

Therefore, this defection is seen as an act of political opportunism that subverts the total will of the electorates, and a pursuit of personal interests over the collective good of the Plateau people among others.

We urge the people of Plateau State, to therefore hold Governor Mutfwang accountable for his actions, and reject his attempts to seek re-election on the platform of the new party of his choice. Indeed, his actions will not go unchallenged.

We also warn his new party, the APC, Plateau State, chapter, against accepting him with open arms, as they will also be complicit in the betrayal of the people.

The PDP condemns this action, which is inconsistent with the norms of trust, integrity, and accountability for which our democracy stands.

Therefore, we urge all our teeming members, supporters, the general public to please remain calm, resolute, and steadfast.

The PDP remains strong, united, and focused to participate in all the elections scheduled to take place in due course.

The PDP is ever committed to delivering good governance, and democratic dividends to the people.

Be assured that the journey towards building a robust, resilient democracy on the Plateau has just started under this circumstance, and as a party, we will not be deterred by temporary setbacks orchestrated by individuals (s) lacking genuine party loyalty, and discipline as contained herein.

Long live the PDP.

PoliticsSenator Jang Reaffirm Plateau Pdp's Stability And Unity by Arafat2022(op): 3:51pm On Jan 02
PRESS RELEASE

GOVERNOR MUTFWANG’S RESIGNATION, SENATOR JANG REAFFIRMS PLATEAU PDP’S STABILITY AND UNITY

The attention of Senator (Dr) Jonah David Jang, CON, has been drawn to the formal resignation of the Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, from the PDP. He has noted the Governor's decision to withdraw from the PDP and join the APC, in light of his personal commitment to purposeful leadership and service delivery, as reflected in the resignation notice.

Governor Mutfwang had earlier informed Senator Jang of his desire to join the ruling All Progressive Party, insisting that it is in the interest of the State.

Senator Jang joins the State PDP leadership to reassure members, supporters, and the general public that the party remains stable, liberal, and firmly positioned to continue playing its vital role in Nigeria’s democratic development. The party will also continue to engage constructively with its members and remain dedicated to strengthening internal democracy while advancing policies and programs that promote inclusive governance and national development.

PDP members and supporters are enjoined to remain confident and committed.

To Governor Mutfwang, Senator Jang wishes him well in his future endeavors. As his father, Senator Jang’s doors are always open whenever he seeks counsel, and he urges him to remain focused on serving the people of Plateau State and to work toward the betterment of the Plateau people who voted him to power, because ultimately, power lies in their hands.

To all those who will join the Governor on his new political path, he charges them to put the interests of Plateau above party or other parochial interests, hoping that, in the end, Plateau will be the ultimate beneficiary of the political gladiators’ actions.

PoliticsApc Issues Strong Warning To Wike by Arafat2022(op): 10:06pm On Dec 30, 2025
APC Issues Strong Warning to Nyesom Wike

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has issued a stern warning to former Rivers State governor and current FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, urging him to stay clear of the internal affairs of the party.

According to the APC, Wike should either concentrate fully on the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), where he officially belongs, or formally join the APC if he wishes to participate in its affairs—making it clear that the party operates by strict rules and discipline.

The party also called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as the leader of the APC and the nation, to call Wike to order and caution him against actions capable of creating internal tension within the party.

This warning followed Wike’s recent interview in which he reportedly made disparaging remarks about the APC, claiming there is nothing like “001” in the party and insisting that there is “no land in politics.” In the same interview, Wike was accused of attempting to downplay and ridicule the Governor of Rivers State, with whom he is currently locked in a political rivalry.

APC leaders insist that such comments are unacceptable and provocative, warning that the party will not tolerate external interference or disrespect, regardless of political influence or position.

PRESS STATEMENT

December 28th, 2025

The attention of Senator Dr. Jonah David Jang has been drawn to a fake report circulating on social media about his purported defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and, in some quarters, to the Social Democratic Party (SDP).

While the former Governor would have ordinarily dismissed the so-called news item as yet another attempt by mischief-makers, it is imperative to state that, as a founding member of the PDP, Senator Jang remains in the party of pride of the Nigerian people – the PDP.

Even though the PDP is going through turbulent times, it is his firm belief that the numerous ongoing court cases will bring an end to the various crises in the PDP and return it to the pinnacle of Nigerian politics.

Distinguished Senator Jang strongly believes that the PDP will put its past behind it and reclaim its pride of place.

PoliticsRe: PDP: INEC Rejects Turaki-led NWC, Cites pending Court cases by Arafat2022: 9:21pm On Dec 23, 2025
Press Statement
THERE IS NO FACTION IN THE PDP

The leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party reiterates that in law and fact, there is no faction in the Peoples Democratic Party. This reiteration is necessary in the light of the INEC letter explaining their inability to recognise and upload the data of our legitimately elected leadership at the convention in Ibadan due to judgements of the Federal High Court.

The said judgements have been appealed and an application for the stay of execution filed against the judgements, and very soon the Court of Appeal will hear and give judgement in the matters. While that is being awaited, it is needful to state that INEC monitored and participated in the National Executive Committee meetings where the convention date and venue were unanimously agreed and was also in receipt of the notice of the convention- a fact the Commission has unconscionably suppressed in court in several cases. Furthermore, the primaries in Ekiti and Osun were duly monitored by INEC, with communication emanating from the Turaki-led NWC. While we appreciate the monumental pressure that INEC has come under (after all he who pays the piper dictates the tune), we remind them that their constitutional responsibility is primarily to Nigerians and in the defence and protection of democracy.

While INEC claims to be neutral and is awaiting the Judgement of the court on the matter, we hope that they are minded by the judgements of the Supreme Court, especially in the SDP case, being the latest delivered last week, barring INEC from interfering in the internal leadership affairs of political parties. The truth remains that there is no faction in the PDP as all the legitimate organs and the administrative structure of the Party are under the control of Kabiru Tanimu Turaki SAN. In the past one month the Board of Trustees, Governors Forum, State Chairmen, Senate and House of Representatives Caucuses, former Governors and Ministers and many other notable stakeholder groups have all met with and acknowledged the leadership of the current National Working Committee, led by Turaki SAN. INEC must remember that democracy is hinged on majority rule, so the committee of friends of Wike and Anyanwu cannot be validly referred to as a faction of the PDP.

Finally, having a held a meeting with the Commission last week, and our correspondence, thereafter, further explaining relevant issues relating to the current situation, we should ordinarily not respond to this letter, except to point out the hypocrisy and consistent bias that has completely coloured the action of the electoral umpire. INEC has continuously shown bias in this matter, even in the court, where they failed or refused to file documents that were in their possession and within their knowledge, obviously to aid those who are bent on killing the PDP and truncating democracy. If INEC under the leadership of Prof. Joash Amupitan, SAN knew the matter was in court, what was the rationale for the contrived meeting of Friday last week? Except to paint a false perception of faction to justify their actions and inactions.

We therefore urge all Nigerians, particularly, our members to remain calm, resolute and continue to support the rebirth and renaissance moves of the party, as we reposition the party for electoral success in the coming elections.

PoliticsNigerian Army Massacre In Kaduna State by Arafat2022(op): 11:43am On Dec 05, 2023
*PRESS RELEASE*

*We condemn the Tudun Biri massacre of hundreds of Muslim worshippers by the Nigerian Army.*

A report reaching us revealed that more than 150 Muslim worshippers were massacred by the Nigerian Army in Tudun Biri Village, Kaduna State. The attack took place on Sunday, December 3, 2023, using a military drone.

A reliable source from the village confirmed that the purpose of the gathering was to celebrate Maulud; thus, hundreds of Muslims faithful within and nearby the village gathered within the vicinity of the village to celebrate the birthday of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAWA). Unfortunately, the Army strike befell the Maulud gathering.

According to eyewitness, the strike happened several times. The first strike happened around 11:00 p.m., and people rushed to provide first aid. After 30 minutes from the first strike, the second strike hit the village.

Maulud, the birthday celebration of Prophet Muhammad (SAWA), is a very important ritual in Islam that connects Muslims with the love and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAWA). Due to its importance, Muslims do spend a couple of months celebrating the birthday. In September 2023, the federal government and numerous state governments in Nigeria declared Maulud public holiday. This became compulsory for all individuals and corporate organisations operating in Muslim communities to be aware of this important festive period. Consequently, the Army attack on Muslim worshippers in Tudun Biri is unacceptable and condemnable.

Numerous national dailies report that the Nigerian Army has taken responsibility for the Tudun Biri massacre that left hundreds of Muslim worshippers killed at Tudun Biri village in Kaduna State. The army said the attack was a mistake. It is in record that this type of massacre, referred to as a mistake, took place several times in this decade alone, especially in the north-east and northwest. To refer to this atrocity as a mistake is unacceptable. The Nigerian Army should be held responsible for this massacre.

Nigerian security forces have repeatedly killed civilians in settlements, camps, villages, and cities. In 2014, a Nigerian military aircraft dropped a bomb on Daglun village in Borno State, killing 20 civilians. In 2015, more than 1,000 disciples of Sheikh Ibraheem El-Zakzaky were massacred in Zaria by the Nigerian Army. In 2017, 76 people were killed by the Nigerian Air Force strike on a refugee camp in Rann Camp in Borno State. In 2022, 64 people were reportedly killed by the Nigerian military’s airstrike in Mutumji Community, Maru Local Government Area of Zamfara State. These are unacceptable and condemnable atrocities, and a deafening silence on these atrocities will result in the reoccurrence of another massacre.

In view of the foregoing, the Islamic movement, under the leadership of His Eminence, Sheikh Ibraheem Ya’qoub El-Zakzaky (H), condemned the Tudun Biri Massacre and demanded the following:

1) All people of conscience should come out publicly to condemn these atrocities and demand justice for the people of Tudun Biri.

2) The perpetrators of this massacre should be identified, investigated, and prosecuted.

3) An investigation should be conducted to ascertain what happened, the number of people killed or injured, and the losses incurred by the people of Tudun Biri as a result of this massacre.

4) The Nigerian Army, Kaduna State Government, and the Federal Government of Nigeria should pay compensation to the families of victims of the Tudun Biri massacre.

PRESS RELEASE

*STOP PLAYING WITH OUR FUTURE. IMPLEMENT NOUN ACT NOW!!!*

_Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor, it must be demanded by the oppressed._ *Martin Luther King, Jr.*

This is a call to the masses. A call for justice. A call for our voice to be heard. A call against oppression. A call against maladministration. A call against all voices of traitors.

More than one and half year gone we held our peace. We decided to keep mute not because we do not know our rights but because we are peace-loving citizens.

This is a call to demand our rights. A call to stand for justice and fairness.

A wise man once said, when good people refuse to talk, bad decisions will be the order of the day.

This is a call to consolidate our future, our generation and our people.

Statistically, we are the ones paying highest amount of money as Federal University compared to other Federal Universities in the country, any thing about National Open University is always delayed unlike our cohorts from other universities.

It is no more a news that the bill that allows National Open University Graduates to participate in NYSC Scheme/Law School has been signed by President Muhammadu Buhari since December 04 2018. However, nothing has been done so far as regards implementation.

The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) is a Federal Open and Distance Learning institution accredited by NUC. The first of its kind in the West African sub-region. It is Nigeria's largest tertiary institution in terms of student population.

We pay heavily to afford National Open University terms and conditions as directed by NUC but we are denied of certain things enjoyed by graduates of other tertiary institutions.

I have seen a Nigerian graduate from National Open University of Benni serving in Nigeria, even with international treatment.

I have also seen a graduate of NOUN that was denied of an employment due to lack of NYSC discharge certificate, it is not fair at all.

*Our Demand;*

We plead to the Federal Government to implement our mandate for NYSC and Law School bill which was signed into law on Dec 4 2018 to allow graduates of National Open University of Nigeria to go for NYSC and Law School respectively.

NOUN 2020 GRADUATES must be mobilized together with the 2020 Batch A.

Failure to comply with this, we shall all match as the largest university in Nigeria in all the 36 States and make it known to the world that we have been treated as second class citizens by our Government and all the activities of the government will be disrupted through social media and peaceful protest.

We are not for war but for peace.

*An injustice to one is an injustice to all.*

Note:

1. We are aware that mobilization of NYSC batch A will commence by the end of this February and our graduates must be mobilized alongside others too.

2. Dignitaries or personnels may plead for us to be patient and wait for Directive of the management. *We know this tactics too well, we will never fall for this.*

Presidential Appeal: Supreme Court Judgment is Disappointing, Concerning - PDP

…Says Apex Court Has Failed Nigerians

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is appalled by the judgment of the Supreme Court in the petition filed by the PDP and Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar against the declaration of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Bola Ahmed Tinubu as winners of the February 25, 2023 Presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The PDP and indeed majority of Nigerians are alarmed, disappointed and gravely concerned with the reasoning of the Supreme Court which the PDP believes is against the express provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended), the Electoral Act, 2022, the Guideline and Regulation issued by INEC under which the election was conducted.

The PDP asserts that it is indeed a sad commentary for our democracy that the Supreme Court failed to uphold the provisions of the law. Instead, it trashed the expectation of majority of Nigerians who looked up to it as a Temple of Impartiality to deliver substantial justice in the matter having regards to the laws and facts of the case.

Nigerians earnestly expected the Supreme Court to uphold and defend the clear provisions of the 1999 Constitution in terms of qualification and minimum requirement for a winner to be declared in a Presidential election in Nigeria especially with regards to the required statutory 25% of votes in the FCT as well as issues of violation of electoral Rules and Guidelines, brazen manipulations and alterations of election results by the APC.

Nigerians are still at a loss as to how the Supreme Court condoned the serious issues of forgery, falsehood and perjury on the altar of technicalities.

The general gloom, melancholy and sense of despondency across the country upon the delivery of the judgment is an ominous sign of eerie situation which portend grave consequences because of the disappointment embedded in the judgment.

This judgment by the Supreme Court has evidently shaken the confidence of Nigerians in the judiciary, especially the Supreme Court as the last hope of the common man.

The PDP remains undeterred and charges Nigerians not to be discouraged or allow the judgment to detract from their collective quest for the entrenchment of a credible electoral system that can guarantee a government that truly derive its legitimacy from the people.

THE FALL OF A QUALIFIED ARCHITECT IN THE MIDDLE OF BRIGDE BUILDING: LATE AMBASSADOR MANSUR NUHU BAMALLI, MAGAJIN GARIN ZAZZAU

By Malam Isah Abbas Ahmed, Kwarmazan Zazzau
24th October, 2023

In a world often marked by turbulence and self-interest, there are individuals who shine as beacons of development, generosity and advocates for peace. Late Amb. Mansur Nuhu Bamalli, Magajin Garin Zazzau, was one of such exceptional souls, whose unwavering commitment to both generosity and peace has left an indelible mark on all who either directly or indirectly happen to have their paths crossed, interacted with or know him, no matter how little. His short, precise but undoubtedly impactful life was a testament to the beauty that comes from a heart guided by empathy and a spirit illuminated by the pursuit of harmony.

Amb. Mansur’s inclination for developing individuals and community as well as his undiluted generosity was wellspring of kindness, a source of hope for those who have had the privilege to experience it. He gives without hesitation, without asking for anything in return, and his selflessness serves as a shining example for us all who live after he’s no more. For the record, Mansur’s generosity is not merely financial; it extends to the boundless well of compassion he shared within every encounter. His words and actions resonate with the sincere desire to make the world a better place.

His dedication to peace and unity among individuals and groups is equally remarkable. He was a tireless advocate for understanding, cooperation, and unity. In a world too often defined by division, Mansur’s efforts to bridge gaps, to bring people together, and to mend what is torn was audible to the deaf and visible to the blind. Within the traditional institution, he displayed amicable way to resolve conflicts with dialogue, to build bridges instead of walls, and to foster an institution where peace reigns.

He was a living embodiment of the change he wishes to see in the world. His life's work was a testament to his unwavering commitment to make this planet a more harmonious and loving place. His legacy is not written in monuments or grand speeches but in the countless lives he’d touched, the conflicts he’d resolved, and the compassion he’d sown.

Amb. Mansur had enriched many lives immeasurably, not only through the wealth he’s amassed, but also through the affluence of his heart and spirit. His generosity and peace-loving nature serve as a constant reminder of the power of one person to make a difference. He was a living inspiration, a shining example of the goodness that resides within humanity, and a guiding light for all who strive to follow in his footsteps.

To cap it all, the mammoth crowd that witnessed his funeral and beautiful comments outpoured from people substantiate the unalike quality Amb. Mansur possessed and practiced throughout his life.

Our paths did not only crossed but you left indelible mark as well as unfillable vacuum in our lives!

May Allah (SWT) grant you Jannatul Firdausi Magaji…

PoliticsTinubu Want To Stall Release Of Fbi Files by Arafat2022(op): 7:20pm On Oct 19, 2023
PRESS RELEASE

Atiku’s Aide: Like He Did With CSU Records, Tinubu Wants To Stall Release Of FBI Files

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar’s Special Assistant on Public Communication, Phrank Shaibu, has lambasted President Bola Tinubu over his fresh attempt to block the release of the details of his criminal investigation by American authorities.

Earlier in the week, Tinubu’s lawyers in the US filed motions to appear in an ongoing freedom of information action brought against the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) where records that may help answer questions about Bola A. Tinubu’s real identity and decades-long endeavours are domiciled.

Christopher Carmichael, one of the lawyers who represented Tinubu in the recent Chicago State University (CSU) records case, filed the motion, dated October 18, 2023, stating that he was a lawyer in good standing to appear in the case in the FOIA lawsuit underway in Washington D.C.

Reacting to the development, however, Atiku’s aide said Tinubu’s constant attempts to hide details of his sordid past were unbecoming of a man ruling over 200 million people.

He said, “I think it is time for all Nigerians to express serious concern about this man named Bola A. Tinubu, if at all that is his real name. Some members of the Tinubu family led by Rafiu Tinubu, a former Lagos State Head of Service, claimed they don’t know him. Some schools he attended denied him; he has now kept mute over the primary and secondary schools he attended, and he has refused to reveal the identity of his father and even his past.

“He refused to come clean on the details of his settlement with American authorities amid his drug trafficking probe. Now, an attempt is being made to reveal the true details of the criminal investigation, but he has gone ahead to try and block it.

“His surrogates led by Mr Festus Keyamo had said during the electioneering that the drug investigation launched against him back in 1992 was a tax related matter. So, if that is the case, why is he afraid to let the FBI release the documents? This is indeed shameful.”

Atiku’s aide called on US authorities to see themselves as the last hope of Nigerians since most Nigerian courts had blocked all attempts to expose Bola A. Tinubu.

He added, “Tinubu is a corn-man. He has been able to deceive Nigerians by keeping his past as a secret. Sadly, every attempt by well-meaning Nigerians to expose him has been blocked by the courts. In Lagos State, where he has ruled as Lord of the Manor for decades, the state has refused to honour FOI requests.

“Nigerians are now looking up to US authorities to do the needful so that they can, at least, have the true information on the man who is presiding over their lives. We call on American authorities not to be persuaded by this corn-man. Enough is enough! His criminal files must be released.”

Shaibu said back in 2007, Rafiu Tinubu, a former Lagos State Head of Service, authored a book entitled , ‘Onijumu Wura: The Tinubu Dynasty of Kakawa’, in order to expose Tinubu as an impostor.

“Unfortunately, shortly after that book was launched, all the copies were miraculously mopped up. Till date, no one can find a copy of the book. The holy book says it is only the wicked that runs even when no one pursues them.

“It is time for the mask of this impostor to be unveiled once and for all. Nigerians deserve to know who Bola A. Tinubu truly is.”

Nigerians have a right to know about the past record of their president. Unfortunately, each time an opportunity comes up for Nigerians to have a full glance at the character of the man they call president, Tinubu makes a shameless attempt to block such discoveries.

We recall that when his purported academic records at the Chicago State University were to be released, President Tinubu said such discovery would cause him irreparable damage.

Thanks to the CSU discoveries, Nigerians now know that their President is a certificate forger, who not only fabricated the documents he gave to the Independent National Electoral Commission in the run up to the 2023 Presidential election, but that he has been a forger as far back as 1970, when he forged the secondary school certificate of the then non-existent Government College Lagos.

Bola A. Tinubu is, yet again, playing the stalling games with the decision of the Federal Bureau of Investigation to release documents on his past while he was in the United States.

Bola A. Tinubu must behave like a statesman and be decent enough to know that each time he comes around to frustrate a discovery about him, he embarrasses a country of over 200 million people.

Signed;
Phrank Shaibu

PoliticsMajor Findings About Tinubu From CSU by Arafat2022(op): 11:04am On Oct 03, 2023
6 Major Findings about Tinubu from the CSU Documents

By Farooq Kperogi

Both pro- and anti-Tinubu news outlets and blogs are selectively reporting the documents that Chicago State University handed over to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar yesterday. Here are 6 non-partisan tidbits I discovered from poring over them:

1. Chicago State University’s Office of the Registrar affirmed that Bola A. Tinubu indeed attended the university “from August 1977 through June 1979” and was “awarded a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Honors on June 22, 1979.”

The registrar also swore to this under oath. The penalty for lying under oath in America can be steep. It is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

This information is consistent with my September 2, 2023, column titled, “Tinubu Definitely Graduated from Chicago State University.”

2. The certificate (we call it “diploma” in the US) that Tinubu submitted to INEC is inconsistent with the certificates CSU issued in 1979 and subsequently, indicating that Tinubu forged his. (In the US, diplomas are mere ceremonial documents that most employers don’t ask for. Transcripts directly from universities are the usual ways to verify attendance and graduation.)

Although he did legitimately graduate from Chicago State University in 1979, he obviously lost his certificate and, instead of applying for a replacement, decided to forge it.

That strikes me as mysterious self-harm. It costs only $26 to get a replacement diploma from CSU. But it takes between eight and 10 weeks to receive it after filling out the Diploma Replacement Order Form.

My guess is that, in the typical last-minute, fire-brigade approach to things among Nigerian elites, Tinubu didn’t plan ahead and didn't have enough time to apply for his replacement diploma from CSU to meet INEC's deadline and decided to visit Lagos’ infamous “Oluwole” for a counterfeit replacement.

3. The Southwest College transcript that Tinubu used to get admitted to Chicago State University belongs to a female. I had questioned the authenticity of the transcript because of the many errors in it, such as the date and social security number. We await what CSU has to say about this.

This reality, though, seems to validate uncorroborated but long-standing whispers from the grapevine that Tinubu, who was allegedly born Lamidi Amoda [Yoruba Muslim domestication of Abdulhamid Ahmed] Sangodele in Osun State’s Iragbiji, stole the identity of a female Bola Adekunle Tinubu to go to America.

4. Nonetheless, this whisper may be difficult to sustain in light of the fact that Tinubu’s Chicago State University admission letter dated August 23, 1977, was addressed to “Mr. Tinubu,” not Ms. or Miss Tinubu.

Was the “F” in the transcript from Southwest College a clerical error, especially because the social security number and the dates were also clerical errors? Or was there a cover-up somewhere?

Well, we saw from the documents released to Atiku that after accepting his transfer credits from Southwest College (which later became Daley College), CSU required Tinubu to take qualifying exams in English, math, and reading, which he passed. Why did CSU allow a man who presented a transcript that belonged to a woman to take qualifying exams as a man?

Tinubu obviously identified as a man throughout the two years he studied at the school. A Nigerian CSU graduate and classmate of Tinubu’s swore under oath that Tinubu ran for and won election as president of CSU's accounting students’ association. His yearbook photo from 1979 also clearly showed a younger version of Tinubu.

And Tinubu’s handwriting and signature in the June 27, 2022, Consent to Release Student Education Records form, which authorized CSU to release his academic records to one Oluwole Afolabi of 3 Roosevelt Avenue, West Orange, New Jersey, seems to me similar to his handwriting and signatures in his CSU records.

Finally, if he used a woman’s associate degree from Southwest College to gain admission to CSU without having any background in accounting or business administration, his performance at CSU was perplexing. Of the more than 30 courses he took there, he got C’s in only three courses. The rest were A’s and B’s, which earned him honors.

5. The Bola A. Tinubu who applied to Southwest College for an associate degree in 1975 claimed to have attended Government College, Lagos, and presented a 1970 GCE A-level result with grades E in Chemistry and Biology and an F in Physics. The problem is that Government College, Lagos, was established in 1974. So, there’s a chronological conundrum there, which signposts forgery.

The GCE A-level result also shows that “Bola A. Tinubu” took the exam as an HSC student, which used to be a two-year study after 5 years of secondary school education. In other words, the owner of the certificate must have graduated from secondary school at least in 1968.

It’s not clear at the moment if the GCE A-level result is fake or authentic—or if it belongs to the man we know today as President Bola A. Tinubu. My hunch is that it doesn’t belong to him. But this will become clear in the coming days.

6. Tinubu tells the world that he was born on March 29, 1952, but the birthday recorded in his CSU transcript says he was born on March 29, 1954. The space for birthday in the Southwest College transcript he submitted to CSU is blank. So is the record of his secondary school education. These facts added to my previous suspicion that the transcript was probably fake.

If he was born in 1954, it means he was 14 years old when he graduated from high school.

Bonus: Tinubu’s last name was misspelled in a few of the CSU documents. I thought the “THUBV” misspelling in his final graduation record was bad enough until I saw “Tinububu” in one of the documents.🤣 Bubu, remember, is Buhari’s nickname among a vast swath of Nigerians. Make of that what you will.

We should all thank VP Atiku Abubakar for his doggedness, which has helped us to get this much clarity about Tinubu’s past.

Atiku’s win in Chicago court has further disgraced the Nigerian Judiciary. Five Nigerian Appeals Court judges dismissed the concerns surrounding Tinubu’s CSU record, but a U.S. court found it suspicious and ordered Chicago State University to release whatever they are hiding for Tinubu.

Atiku is not a U.S. citizen yet justice was served! Hopefully, this will shake up the Nigerian Supreme Court to review the appeals carefully.

Apparently, Judge Nancy Maldonado has ruled in favor of Atiku Abubakar in his suit against Chicago State University and has denied the appeal filed by the Intervenor, Mr. Tinubu.

The judge ordered the Chicago State University to release Bola A. Tinubu’s Academic Records. She gave tomorrow Monday 2nd October as the deadline.

She also ordered that deposition of the Chicago State University must be completed by 5:00 p.m. CDT on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

Interestingly, Judge Maldonado also cautioned that any request for a stay of this judgement pending appeal against her judgment to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeal will be denied.

🚨Me:

The question is why is Tinubu fighting tooth and nail against the release of his academic records from the Chicago State University ❓ The answer is simple, this crook is hiding something.

Nairaland GeneralDss Abducted Journalist by Arafat2022(op): 3:25pm On Sep 27, 2023
Press Release

*Call For Immediate Release of Ibrahim Musa, Editor-in-chief Almizan Newspaper Abducted By The DSS*

This is announcing the abduction of the Editor-in-chief of Almizan newspaper, a weekly news magazine published in Hausa, Malam Ibrahim Musa, by the Department of State Service (DSS).

Ibrahim Musa, who was with a family member Binta Sulaiman, was abducted by the Nigeria's secret police, DSS, at the Aminu Kano International Airport early morning on Wednesday while on his way to Saudi Arabia for the lesser Hajj (Umrah).

Meanwhile, no reasons have been provided by the authorities for his abduction even as he is known for his role in the call for the release of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H), who was arrested at the wake of a clampdown and extrajudicial killing of about 1000 of his followers by the Nigerian government in 2015 in Zaria, Kaduna state.

He was part of the campaign that got the Federal High Court judgement ordering the release and compensation of Sheikh Zakzaky, the leader of Islamic Movement in Nigeria, for which it is believed the security agents who lost in the case are displeased.

Human rights organizations, especially the Amnesty International (AI), had pressured the immediate past Governor of Kaduna state, Malam Nasiru Elrufai to publicly announce that his government had buried about 350 people killed in the extrajudicial killing in a mass grave at Mando village in Kaduna.

Ibrahim Musa is known to have been active in speaking against the acts of state terrorism, extrajudicial killings and marginalization of a minority group of Muslims by the Nigerian Government under president Muhammadu Buhari.

He placed his life on the line to ensure justice is done and thousands of those arrested following the state managed mass murder were released by the government using available judicial means.

We wish to call for the immediate release and safety of Malam Ibrahim Musa whose only crime is standing against genocide and disregard to law and order perpetrated by those in power under the Buhari regime.

We also wish to draw the attention of the authorities and other stakeholders to the dangers behind extending the murder activities in which innocent men, women and children were extrajudicially killed by the immediate past regime, to the current regime of President Bola Ahmad Tinubu.

We want to believe that the current government of President Bola Tinubu would not want to identify itself with the abuse of democratic tenets, human rights abuse and intimidation through genocide perpetrated by the immediate past regime.

Hence, we reiterate the call for his immediate and unconditional release.

Signed:

Abdullahi Usman
