So I need a little clarification from you all. I was made to understand that we are meant to pray in the name of Jesus but TO God(the Father). That is, it would be wrong to pray TO Jesus. But I hear people pray all the time in the name of 'God the Father, the Son and the HolyGhost'. Is this wrong?

Also, when I say 'Jesus, I need your help', which is a short prayer TO Jesus, is that wrong? Afterall, prayer is talking to God. I'm confused.
