That exists already, only that Nigeria is not on the list. If you have US, UK or South African PayPal account, you can transfer to/from your bank account. I just withdrew to my US bank account this night from my US PayPal account. By the time Nigeria is allowed to receive into PayPal, it may be possible here too.

Can you confirm if a Chinese seller website is genuine or fake? Look at 24tep.com and 200rsb.com to verify their authenticity.

By paying those who have Payoneer account to transfer from theirs to yours or transferring fund into your Payoneer's US bank account or more easily (if it's still allowed like before) by loading/funding your Payoneer card with your naira card on Payoneer website. So, after you have funded your Payoneer card/account, you can then do the verification of PayPal you earlier said you couldn't verify as a result of no fund in your Payoneer. But I think it is not because you didn't have money in your Payoneer that you couldn't verify your PayPal. Rather it is your Payoneer bank details you need to verify it. The Payoneer card (and the money in it) is just to link to your PayPal and not that it will verify it.

It's gonna be hard seeing a naija xchanger to fund your neteller but the best secret I will give you is to look for a genuine online program like forex which you can fund your account with another processor, then trade a little and withdraw to your neteller. Some might want you to withdraw where you fund it from but chat with their support and have your neteller account attached.

Sure you do need dom account to receive it except you will receive it into another person's dom account if he allows you to use it.

Your bank determines what exchange rate you see through the instrument (Visa or MasterCard) they offer you even when they claim MasterCard and Visa International have inputs.

That's good! But then how was your Nigerian PayPal account able to receive such refund or you mean it landed in your Nigerian card account linked to the PayPal?

It is not a scam but just one of those binary options robots, which promises profits from trading though not usually as sweet as the sales page always purports.

Have you been able to withdraw from your payza account into your card successfully?

I withdrew $290 from my Payza account into my visa card linked to my account since 11/9/2014 and I've not received the money into the card.
Contacted my card issuer and payza but they couldn't find where the money is up till now.I had to finally mail/ticket payza to reverse the money back into my payza account since more 7 days now but I'm yet to receive from them meaning there is something fishy about the transaction from Payza end.

Sorry about that. I have never withdrawn into my linked card though I saw that option there. While I was adding my Nigerian dom accounts to it for withdrawal few days ago, I was thinking the withdrawal to card option might be for certain cards from supported countries. I know that even bookmakers have certain countries' cards that users can withdraw to and not all. But in any case, I expect that if it was not successfully withdrawn into a card, it should then be reversed. If it were a Nigerian card, what I would guess happened would be what UBA told me in November when Access Bank was trying to reverse a fund back to my UBA card. UBA called me to say that if I do not consent and Access refunds the money, the money would be hanging somewhere in UBA without getting credited to my balance. So I gave them go ahead and when Access refunded the money, I received it in the UBA card account. I wouldn't know if this your Payza withdrawal suppose to work that way. I only intend to withdraw my Payza to my domiciliary account or to a foreign bank-issued card.
