FolarinToks:Is that what he said or your interpretation of the context in which he was speaking? Anyway, he further buttressed his point with an experience of how a secretary excitedly called him on intercom to inform him that he was being shown on a TV station so that he could tune in right away. Then he asked the lady from where she was watching and calling from, and she said from the church office. He said that very day, he ordered TVs to be removed from all the rooms in the office. That they were no more serious and prayerful by concentrating on TV. Do you think that instance he further cited still supports your contextual interpretation? Personally, I reason with him because that shows that he is not carried away with or strongly attached to many things we glue to on the screen to the detriment of our spiritual lives or families as someone also earlier pointed out. I think we just need to balance things up in giving God His due time of devotion. |
all4naija:According to which source? |
In today's message from Shiloh 2014, Bishop David Oyedepo affirmed that a television box in your room is an agent of Satan to weaken and destroy your spiritual life with vanities. This means that it is not only the old time Deeper Lifers that held that view about the effect of the media box on a Christian lifestyle. |
uniziktimes:Scroll to bottom of cashlander.com and click on other ecurrencies. You will find Payeer there. |
When I checked on Konga lately, I discovered they also have (like Amazon) items displayed by other sellers. Hope it is not the items from other sellers that are disappointing. The reason I am thinking of that is because a good ecommerce online shopping site usually has program that you can choose (during set up) to disallow your buyers from successfully placing orders when your items are out of stock. I even still used such feature on PayPal last night when creating payment button for my business account. Such will not allow people to place orders and raise their hopes when items are already sold out. May be Konga has it for their own items whereas the other sellers on the site may not activate that for their items during set up. Of course, Konga will be the one to bear such brunt if that is the case. |
chiboy11:How are we sure it's not our brothers that are playing a fast one? I think the eBay and PayPal resolution may be the way to go as suggested. I got my eBay items in the past and in fact, I am going (by day break today) to collect a TV that I won last night on eBay (UK) auction in person. I remember I used to receive Western Union Money Transfer MTCN collection numbers in my spam email saying that I should go for collection. When I once verified the MTCN online, it actually shows that the number is truly a WU number for already claimed funds. The eBay scammer too may have a way of getting/generating the USPS tracking number without dropping of the item there for shipment. I still have another seller that keeps debiting my card every month about N15k for such supplements, which I didn't solicit for and I keep asking myUS.com to abandon/dispose every month. I had to get their contact so as to warn them to desist from charging my card. |
You mean to sell the UK PayPal account to you or to sell the pounds in it to you in exchange for Naira? |
Are there online survey websites that are genuine and free, and have enough daily tasks to perform like below?
|
I first registered at Gtbank VI and few days after got unsuccessful SMS requesting me to go and redo at my VI branch. I did successfully at Access bank and got the number but still did another again in another Gtbank, where I was told that doing it in one bank is enough for all. Although, they still went ahead and did it for me. |
etebefia:Cash lander.com |
etebefia:Yes I do. |
etebefia:Do you mean Nigerian or foreign PayPal? Just search Nairaland, as we have written and contributed to many threads on this. |
mavinc4u:The rate offered by your bank is what prevails and would be applied to your card no matter what XE.com or Google gives though they are official. I think it's better as you said to do bdc/aboki if they offer better rate except that the cash you get from them cannot make payment for what you are ordering online. |
dorispray:I am still doing N150 per dollar buying and N195 per dollar selling. Visit cashlander.com |
slightlyMad:My card was charged N298.49 per pounds sterling yesterday (by both GTbank and Union) but today I was charged N302.X per pounds sterling by same Union card. |
Cooleasy:Currently, 1 BTC is about $376.97 depending on your mining source. |

I guess you mean $1 worth of BTC at N190 and not 1 BTC because 1 BTC is more than $1 in value. |
Which drug or product specifically are you marketing that requires international distributor or is it another way of advertising MLM (Multi-level Marketing), which will require Peter bringing Paul to join in order to get paid? |
Can you offer Ka band internet services? What is your speed like? What is your monthly subscription like? |
. |
ngoziliz:Bitcoin is costlier than all that. So it is $1 worth of bitcoin they gave you as N185 and not 1 bitcoin (1BTC). 1 bitcoin in itself is as high as $330 in value. So your $20 may give you bitcoin in decimal values like 0.00342 BTC. |
tradeplusib:Sorry for coming to this thread. I noticed you sent me a PM, which I did not get to read. |
This is what GTB, Access and other banks have been doing for long time. |
Who knows how to connect regular satellite decoder to receive internet and what are the steps or materials needed? |
How can I receive internet from my regular satellite decoder and dish as some claim it's possible? What do I need it? |
NigComSat services are not targeted at individual users or retailers like us. I think it is our ICT service providers that need to reflect their services in the price offerings they give to us before we can believe NigComSat is now working as intended. |
Cuddle cuddle, let your money double. Samantha Hess of Portland, Oregon, is a professional cuddler. People pay to cuddle with her. She started with at-home client visits last year, but her business grew so much she's opened a cuddling studio. "Have a cuddle. So this is the cascades room, this was done by a local artist ... We use new pillowcases for each session," Hess explained to KLSR. Thirty-year-old Hess' "Cuddle Up To Me" studio has been open less than a week. Clients are charged $1 per minute for "platonic cuddling" and can book sessions from 15 minutes to five hours. "We just make people feel loved and accepted for who they are," she said. According to KPTV, she's received about 10,000 emails in just this first week. Say each of those 10,000 people did just one one-hour session -- that's $600,000. She's now having to hire and train new cuddlers. All of the cuddle rooms are equipped with cameras for safety reasons. "So I'll lean back on you, and you can lean on me ... Just a nice way to start with somebody," Hess said. Hess says at first it was hard to find a landlord who believed her business was completely PG-rated. She was rejected by eight spaces. She does client consultations first, for safety too, and says her cuddlers do a 40-hour training program. The story has quickly reached outlets in Australia, Ireland and England, where The Telegraph tried to explain Hess as a "Hipster." Hilarious. We'll note, we've heard these stories before. In 2012, we told you about another professional cuddler -- and a cuddle cafe opened in Japan that same year. Hess says she plans to be a professional cuddler for the rest of her life. So, just an eye-catching story, or a real, lasting business here? Tweet us and let us know -- would you cuddle up? More from AOL.com |
