The country is somewhat divided into red state i.e. Republican states and blue states i.e. democratic states
These are areas that traditionally vote along those lines so the candidates are expected to win in those states,nothing to celebrate there.

However there are 9 states that can swing either way
They are called swing states or battleground or purple states

Every state according to it's population and number of representatives is assigned a certain number of electoral votes
The total number of electoral votes for all 50 states and Washinton DC is 538 and to win the presidency the candidate must have at least 270 electoral votes
OBama winning all the traditional blue states and Romney winning all the traditional red states will not earn either candidate up to 270 electoral votes,so the swing states come into play.
So far if Obama wins Florida from that list,he is likely to win the residency since Romney will have to win all the other battleground states to win.

Good explanation. Only that you did not expatiate how the swing states' votes count up to know winner. Like when you said winning Florida determines going forward, you did not state the reason why Florida is important amongst the nine swing states.

Overall, I can see that it means individual citizen's vote in the States is not weighing same thing but rather electoral vote is what counts. When you talked about blue and red states, are you saying the residents of those states are usually populated by partisan people or it is still electoral votes that makes a blue or red party to win at all times there?

I think I am seeing a new discovery to this UBA Visa Africard. I got an sms saying UBA cards have gone mobile. Then I followed and downloaded the U-mobile java program of UBA. I can see that the u-mobile platform allows you to transfer from a UBA account to other ways including to prepaid card, mobile money, other banks or other UBA accounts.

What that means is that, if you have a UBA account, you can actually load the visa africard (as a typical prepaid card) by transferring from your UBA account to the card. Also it means, you can transfer from your GTbank (or any bank's internet banking you use) to a UBA account and from that UBA account to the visa Africard via the UBA's U-mobile platform on your phone. This means no more going into the banking hall to load visa africard. Find out!

In fact, one of the options to verify your payza account (for Nigerians) is by sending money from your Nigerian bank to Payza. So, it is not surprising that bank withdrawal is an option given to Nigerian user to withdraw from payza in addition to check issuance.

The best way I think is to sell it to individuals that need it while they pay in naira.
Better still,sell it to exchangers like enaira or nigeriagoldexchange among others while they pay into your Nigerian Bank account you give to them.

My GTMobile experience has not been fantastic as I had thought or expected it would be. Simply because, all the consumer-oriented important features of the application are disabled except only to check your balance, top up recharge and transfer within your accounts (not sure of this option though they said so). My PHBMobile, UBA's U-mobile, ICB imobile and pocketmoni seem to be better than GTmobile though they seem worked through eTranzact platform except the UBA's u-mobile.

I have bought items on Aliexpress before and I paid with my Nigerian card. It was shipped down but the battery of the item I bought was not good as it did not last. I complained to the seller and she apologized and promised to send another battery, which I did not get though. I had already found another means of charging here. Later a friend repaired the earlier bad battery.
