I could not attach those vpn softwares for non-Nigeria ip access to your paypal but you may google for their downloads lke WTL (hide ip) browser, Tor browser (about 151MB) and ultrasurf (working nicely at just 1.2MB).

I will find out if linking a card to verify paypal has to do with the address registered with the card or just the fact that it is a US bank issued/based card. Because I have seen some sites that would reject my Nigerian card without even putting address while some will reject my Nigerian card even when I use US address. Surprisingly, I have experienced a site that also accepted my bank phb visa card with US address input. As for my paypal account, I think I got verified with both the US card and bank account but my first paypal had an Intercontinental MasterCard linked to it in 2005/6 until it expired and later linked with a US card that has my Nigerian address. The account was restricted when I later accessed it from Nigerian IP address. I still use my current paypal to pay for 1TB (1000GB) USB flash drive (Kingston) on Ebay and I got it early this month. Though I don't access it on Nigerian IP.

Sorry I usually visit business thread whenever I am online. I was busy that I couldn't resize to smaller image. My copy is a Kingston flash drive and there are other makes/brands that are also of 1TB. I actually bought mine on ebay UK, paid with my paypal and shipped it to US from where I got it down to Nigeria. It is therefore difficult for me to put a naira price for people knowing that to get paypal payment will not be normal naira to dollar rate plus shipping to naija, which different buyers might want faster methods.

I think most of the brokers will usually pay or allow you to withdraw by same method you used in funding/deposit. I funded mine with GTB naira mastercard but I have not withdrawn once. I funded another one with GTB and Union card but I withdrew by wire transfer.

Next time you see such system misbehaving, don't just change ur password. I have not been able to do anything after logging in since yesterday as the system will log me out immediately I signed in until this morning and it went through for all my transfers this morning. The problem is not about changing passwords. I think if you try again now that the system is back and it still does not work, you may have to call gtconnect.

Again, I spoke to David , Payoneer community manager,about transfer of funds from paypal to payoneer yesterday in another forum.

Here is what he said: you can only transfer funds from your paypal to your payoneer. So, if you want to transfer fund from a client's or a friend's paypal to your payoneer, it wont work.

That sounds easy then. If I cannot do the transfer from a friend or client's paypal account to my payoneer, then the friend or client will just transfer his paypal to me while I transfer it to my payoneer.

Also, I thought verifying the paypal account can be either by confirmation of two microdeposits from paypal into ur non-nigerian card or by US real or virtual bank account confirmation. Which ID conformity are you referring to again? I thought paypal will not ask for your national ID, international passport or driver's license?

Bank could have been cheaper even after their transfer charges are included but bank will not ordinarily change naira to pound for you except there is a need like paying school fees or travelling BTA or PTA or paying for goods and services abroad, which will make them collect naira and give pounds after you have confirmed those options with relevant documents. If you nevertheless have a dom account here, you can transfer from it to your UK account and your sending bank will deduct their charges. Note that your receiving bank too may deduct their charges because I had 2 cases this month of helping people to transfer to the US and each time Bank of America removed their charges such that the balance the recipients got was not exactly what I sent.

Since it's not a Nigerian issued card, it should be able to verify paypal, I suppose.

No they dont give visa cards but mastercard. I know some US cards that are free for visa or mastercard but the only issue is that they only send it to a US address.

You did not tell us how much total you paid to personally register several positions in testing the system before you got entitled to that $7,000 payout.

The two snapshot I took are about 1.31 MB each and so Nairaland is not attaching it but says it's too large to upload. My 1TB is Kingston.

If it is paying naira into ur bank account, $110 paypal equivalent is not a large transaction that I wont be able to pay into ur account in minutes now only that one needs to be careful with paypal orders as gudnicedeals pointed out.

Get the naira money into a bank account with any of the banks that offer naira funded visa or mastercard like GTB, First Bank, UBA, Standard Chartered, etc. Then collect their card so that while you are in the UK, you can withdraw from ATM and deposit the pounds cash into ur UK bank account. If you nonetheless still prefer going through agent, know that it will cost you more. Alternatively, let your nigerian bank wire it to your UK bank account. What do you think about all that?

Many banks will want you to fill a paper transfer form while few of which I only know GTB will allow you to fill that form online. The advantage of that is that you will not need to go down to banking hall. Another one will allow you to fill the form (they may send you) and you fill and scan back to them by email e.g Union Bank). All of these options accede to the fact they transferring internationally is a request to the bank to carry out on your behalf unlike domestic transfers that are activities you can carry out instantly on your account by internet banking and recipients would receive immediately.

Yes, that is the correspondent bank charge. Ideally it supposed to be sednig bank and receiving bank charging your transfer. But some banks don't charge (as they say anyway) to receive while if the wire transfer includes a correspondent bank, they claim it was the correcpondent bank that deduct their telex or whatever charges in transit/routing.
