Yeah, I know about that book by Walter Rodney. I have to make out time to read it. And I think every one of us should read it. I agree with the general premise of the book about how Africa has been kept backward by the colonialists. But today it is us, the elites, who are under developing Africa.
All the elites do is embezzle money here and transfer to Europe, Asia or North America.
