I lived in Anambra for a year during his tenure. Arm robbery was at a all time high. Ordinary to go and use ATM in onitsha, you have to stop multiple times on the road from aguleri to onitsha cos of arm robbery. And also, you dear not go out after 8pm. Security was 1/10 in the state, and this is speaking from experience. Other sectors weren't great either.

You lived in Anambra State during Peter Obi's tenure and you are are saying Arm Robbery did what

Go and check the Governor that told Touts, Agberos to go and register with the State Ministry of transport for recognition, and pushed all of them to the parks , deployed Police men to take over Upper Iweka...made sure there are no layabout torturing or intimidating people to steal from them...
