A bag of cement that was #5,000-#6,000 in the Buhari era which I was mad with , now is between #9,900 -#11,000..

Ordinary one sandcrete block of 9 inches is more than #500... Whaaaaaaaaaaaat?

How many blocks will my clients use to build their houses where they need up to 5000-12,000 sandcrete blocks depending on the structure.

Ordinary sand , stone, chippings that are locally sourced are on the high prices...
