Before any contract is commissioned to start, a contractor is expected to have gone 20% far with the project, either he borrows from bank or has the money... Now if he has been paid #1.3Billion that means she must have completed the first 20% before a certificate is raised for him... So what is causing the delays for him to be summoned by the house of Assembly What has the Minister of works done or who supervised the project before it became abandoned.... The same Government supervised the project until it was abandoned by both them and the contractor... And at the point of release of the #1.3billion, what where the feasible stages seen on site that made the accountant General to release such amount Where are the monitoring team |

If you feel like am talking what I don't know, just tell me the story of how you were born even from your mother's womb..... remember, don't narrate to me what you were told, tell me exactly what you know about your birth as a child you were then... As we were born on Earth so ignorant, we can only attain some level of knowledge if we PRAY to him that brought us to Earth.... Good one.... But the best law to pass is that 3 months to expiration of a government, and before any election, the incumbent government will hand over all powers to a committee of auditors who will be running the government for that 3 months and also evaluate the works of the outgoing Administration... With this, no incumbent President,Governor or Senator will have the powers to control or manipulate the INEC chairman, any government account or security forces... With this as well, the INEC chairman will not have much pressure from any incumbent government but all pressures will be coming from a neutral aspiring candidates.. |
