This paper he's presenting doesn't show him as chairman of Tin Can but serving at Apapa port, this is an appointment by Abacha. Obi presented it during elections like he was in charge and solved a major problem under Abacha in 2 weeks. He exaggerated his claims.

Then on channels tv, just last week, he stated that he has NEVER met Abacha.
