Please explain to us exactly how much it rally should cost to construct the metro rail and while you are at it, please give us the exact amount it const to buy land, adjudicate court cases, cost of labor and material, cost of rail cars, cost of over head bridges, cost of metro stations, cost of rail bridge over the lagoon, cost of IPPs to run the system, cost to construct a 26 klm 10 lane free way (= 10 x 26 klm = 260 klm) ...I'll stop here for now... @ OP, the projects you listed are all different from standard railway to light rail, metro rail and mono rail in different environment and different cost of labor and material.

Eko Rail has tons overhead bridges, metro stations, metro rail bridge over the Lagoon to marina, IPPs to power the whole system and so on
