You made use of "incompetent" more than you use word articles in stringing sentences together, I suppose that is your idea of driving home your point.
It's well.. Carry on Is this the reason why your worthless and incompetent president fills government positions with incompetent people and end up with horrible and incompetent outcomes? Is this the reason why your warped interpretation of leadership is not taking responsibility for your actions and the actions of the people you pay taxpayers money to serve the taxpayers? Is this the reason why your worthless, corrupt and incompetent president takes credit for his bogus achievements, but denies responsibility when things go wrong? Trolling, lazy and incompetent mentality shouldn't be all you are about as a human being and a Nigerian. What is Responsibility?
The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines being responsible as being "liable to be called to account."
As a leader, you're responsible for everything that happens in your organization, and you'll quite rightly be held accountable for everything that happens, good or bad.
You need to question the decisions and processes that hold your organization together, and the consequences of not doing this can be severe. It's no excuse to say that you didn't know what was going on, or that you weren't personally involved – the buck stops with you. God willing, we are getting rid of this backward culture of incompetence and corruption from top to bottom come May 2015. |

Oildichotomy: I don't think you got my point. Let me oblige you an answer though,
My position is never trying to defend anybody's incompetence or whatnot, My only grouse was simply attributing the blame to the wrong quarters, Our problem has always been maintenance and if he is wise enough as a "patriotic citizen'', He would have known what to do at the circumstance.
Not politicising petty airport issues that can easily be fixed to score points. Why didn't he show us the pictures of the whole airport rather than finding toilets faults.
We will never develop with this negative mindset of faults-finding. 1. You mean you when you appoint incompetent people, you are not in anyway responsible for their incompetence and incompetent outcomes? 2. You mean you can take credit for the same airport and run adverts regarding the same airport as one of your major achievements, but all of a sudden you don't want the credit and the blame when things go wrong? Is this your own warped interpretation for leadership?. The fact that you hired and appoint incompetent people to start with means you yourself are very incompetent so either way you cut and slice it, your corrupt and incompetent president is grossly incompetent same way you are mentally corrupt and incompetent... |

Revolution: GMB MEANS BUSINESS.
I was opportune to listen to Gen. Muhammadu Buhari this morning at State House, Marina, Lagos state. It was a business section tagged ‘GMB MEANS BUSINESS.’
Apologies. I didn’t attend as a paparazzi, hence the lack of photographs and a selfie with the man himself. Also, this is not the place to drop names.
The small venue was filled to capacity as expected, and I was certain the audience was expectant.
Posted below are my personal views of General Muhammadu Buhari, the man whom I heard, for the very first time at close quarters.
The man Buhari whom I heard spoke today is a man that has a mission.
I could almost feel a pain in his voice when he spoke of the issues that have plighted the talented country, Nigeria for decades. You could almost say, he felt sorry for the country.
There was a conviction in his voice and demeanour. His body language was expressive of a man focused on one thing, to put Nigeria on the global ladder of respect. You could feel it.
When he read out the prepared speech, which was monotone a-times, he informed his audience when he had completed the speech. He gently went into the pocket of his flowing ‘babariga’ to produce his prepared hand written note and went on to give a scintillating delivery of his plans for the country – which I would’t bother you with.
At that point, he was better poised and at his best.
He was natural, at ease. No airs about him. I didn’t know he was also rich in humour. He is a very witty man. I see him represent Nigeria internationally with pride.
You know what, he commanded the audience. He had us all engaged.
He gave briefs on how Nigeria fought the civil war and didn’t have to borrow a kobo.
He mentioned how, when he was in charge, refineries were built.
He gave a veiled warning to ‘briefcase contractors’ who mill around Abuja. ” If you know your capacity is N100m, don’t go bidding for a N1 billion contract” he jokingly announced. Joke, I think not.
He also had a warning for civil servants. ‘Anyone engaged in corruption is on his own and will only have himself to blame’ he said, without joking this time.
If truth be written, I was extremely impressed listening to him live.
He engaged an audience of business men and women, and that alone speaks volume.
About seven questions were asked (limited due to lack of time as he was expected today in Adamawa for a campaign rally), and he confidently stood to answer all to the best of his abilities.
He charmed us with his humble charisma.
He got an ovation at the end of his speech.
Finally, in answering a question on continuity of governance, should he become the next elected President, he went on to give an analogy of someone standing on cliff edge. He pointed out that, if the man on the cliff edge chose to continue, what awaits him would be a long painful fall. Hence, he would not continue on that path. He however pointed out that continuity on good projects is good, while he would not be a part of a continuation of bad projects.
BUHARI LIVE – How Impressed was I ?

How many of those service chiefs and politicians cohorts involved are currently cooling off in Kirikiri ? What happened to the case of our newly found friend-Russia? Has she too decided to have nothing to do with our government? Why does everyone afraid of associating with us? There are many whys and hows
Forget about western power sponsoring BH bla bla. Afterall no section of perceived enemy has not been accused of sponsoring BH. Is it not absurd government herself doesn't know who they really are and their sponsors.
If this is truly coming from Ribadu who is a PDP member, GEJ is finished. Black market arm deal is illegal that no government will want to be identified with it. Ribadu is summarily exposing his boss which may eventually backfire to hit him hard. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/ByxVPb1CEAAbiEZ.jpgHe promoted and gave them national awards... |
