Definitely not. In some branches just one staff got rewarded making me wonder if just that staff or a few others can get the job done

Early 4th July 2019, the top 30% of FBN staff received bonuses ranging from several hundreds of thousands to millions of naira depending on grade level in the name of profit sharing. Unfortunately a whooping 70% of its staff were left out in this annual largesse bounty. My question is:
1. How do you share profit to only top 30% of your workforce ignoring 70%?
2. Did the top 30% work in isolation of the 70% not rewarded?
3. Taking away the 70% unrewarded staff can the top 30% generate the profit shared to them alone?
4. If profit sharing is based on performance scorecard, who scores the GMD who no doubt will receive several millions of naira?
5. Why were staff advised not to view accounts of others just hours before disbursement. You don't want to create bad blood I suppose?
6. You threaten staff regular over poor performance and at the close of year fail to motivate them with your selective rewards?
7. By top 30% you mean Peter could receive a share of the profit while Paul with same score receives nothing?
Dear FBN this is gross daylight cheating of your staff who worked tirelessly to generate the profit which a few are enjoying now.

For 7 whole years no promotion for any worker and you think you have done something special now?

Recently I have heard people mispronounce the word ROUTE as ROUT. This is fast gaining ground even among OAPs and other presenters.
This has got me thinking...do sound of words suddenly change, or do Nigerians just like creating sounds as it suits them.
Nairalanders please help me here...I no know weda na me dey make mistake:

From the above these are different words with completely different sounds. How Nigerians twisted and mixed them up am yet to find out.
I know say na from the sound of the word ROUTER /ˈraʊtə/,dem form this one. Remove the last 'R' and u are der.

It's tradition. I think in some areas in either Rivers State or Bayelsa d groom will have to make his bride laugh. I understand if she gives in easily family will not b too happy as it is seen as making herself cheap...(unverified though)

My sister has not been so lucky in love. She dated a guy who was abusive and really dealt with her, which is really painful as she's the most loving girl any guy can have.
