Lol. Acting tough has never worked for tinubu although he likes doing so. First was the botched invasion of Niger, second is his tax bill which has now been fundamentally altered.

The case of Rivers seem like his Achilles heel. Declaring state of emergency will most likely fester the sabotage across the rest of the creeks dealing a mighty blow to struggling economy. When that happens, even tinubu won't be safe from military intervention.
