BigboyOJ:The delusion in your fallacious analysis above is just self evident. Ancestral land lol. White Caucasoid Europeans having ancestral land in the middle east, lol. Is people like you that believe Jesus was white. Did you know the same people who claim ancestral land in palestine considered land grabbing in Uganda before settling on Palestine? Let go with your argument that their book says its their ancestral land(even tough they were white people), is that book binding on everyone who’s also not Jewish, does that give them license to operate with impunity? And hopefully you will show us today where the Quran says its their land. The only stupidity is when you can’t synthesize information on your own and objectively look at situations and respond logically to arguments , rather you make up strawman arguments. No where in 2025, infact since late 20 century is anyone saying that Israel doesn't have a right to exist. Right or no right, it exists. Of course Arab states have normalized in the interest of peace(the one you claim they are incapable of), the question has always been the fate of the palestinians whom land is being stolen from on a daily basis and are practically stateless. |
BigboyOJ:Lol mumu, dont play kite with your balls because you will just lose your balls for Netanyahu that thinks you’re goyim anyway 😂. You are just projecting. See the difference between me and you is I have conscience when civilians, more specifically children are routinely bombed regardless of who does the bombing. Nation to nation combat involving soldier may be fair game even though i throughly dislike that, so stop projecting. Have you ever met one palestinian before, talk less of spoken to one, or you just parroting Netanyahu’s propaganda mindlessly to know they don’t peace. If the Palestinians had means… wtf are you saying? The palestinians initially welcomed the jews after they were expelled from europe until the forceful land grab that took place in connivance with the British. read up on your history, Jews have lived side by side with muslims peacefully for centuries until the period leading to the zionist declaration of te state of israel in 1948. They found refuge in muslim lands when they were expelled from Christian Europe time and time again, well documented It is disgusting how you salivate with death and pain. |
Ovacoma:Yes, Hamas should return hostages 100%. Israelis should also return Palestinian hostages. Let them find a long term solution, Israel is not going anywhere, neither are the palestinians. To say we shouldn’t condemn Israel for killing 30k+ people is faulty. Can Israel respond and retrieve their hostages, of course! But did you see how they targeted hezbolla fighters with pager attack, mostly precise, why didn’t they do something similar with Hamas, but no they had to destroy civilian life there. If Israel were genuine about their hostages, do you think they’d bomb Gaza indiscriminately putting their hostages at risk? Even Israelis are criticizing the IDF for their approach. My point is this, when civilians are routinely targeted by army under the guise of war, we should condemn it regardless of who the perpetrators are. And yes that goes for hostages held by Hamas too. Speaking of which Israel have been routinely detaining and imprisoning palestinians since forever And yes if this was being done by ‘muslims’ or those who claim to be, bet i’d condemn it, just like October 7. |
Ovacoma:See there’s many ways to dissect this your Hamas argument but I won’t waste my time trying to outline them. If someone attacks Nigeria today because of one of Tinubu’s policies, do you think they’ll ask you if you voted tinubu before they bomb you into oblivion, dey play. Quick things to point out 1. If waiting to see who really wins means you hoping to see more people die (especially since that most that are being killed didnt even have a say when Hamas came into power), then you just validating my point about you can be inhuman once you pick a side on an ideological issue. How are you then different from the so called Hamas, second side if the same coin. 2. Terrorist sympathizer? Simply because we advocate that Israel stop carpet bombing Children who have no say in what’s going on. hmm, I wonder who’s a terrorist here, and FYI, most of us that want a ceasefire do not support the actions of hamas on October 7 nor any other senseless terror actions especially against civilian. So stop projecting. 3. The difference between me and you, while you don’t see a problem with people being killed without you even understanding the nuances of the issue at hand because of an ideological position you hold or perhaps because of your understanding of the conflict, I will not ever support the slaughter of civilians because of the actions of the people who claim to represent them or any reason for that matter. 4. To you its a zero sum game with winners and losers, when in fact there are no winners or losers, just families on both sides who have lost loved ones and livelihood. If you can’t at a minimum empathize with little kids being shot in the head or having their limbs blown off regardless of what the nationality or religion is, without parroting Hamas, human shield, or calling someone terrorist sympathizer, Ah e be for you o! Ire o! |
sweetjohn:See wetin dey give this one hardon. Sadist |
Ovacoma:That you are even equating your average palestinian to Hamas shows how skewed your perception is. After someone will say Nigerians are fraudsters, you will start crying. Mr ignoramus, let us even put the history you clearly don’t have interest in aside. Basic human decency or dignity would encourage diplomacy and peaceful resolution over carpet bombing and destruction of civilian infrastructure simply because people were born in the ‘wrong address’. |
Ovacoma:Do you even know the history of this conflict? Low budget Netanyahu. Are you also aware of how many times the Israelis have sabotaged the idea of a two state solution, and killed the Palestinians that were willing to negotiate. That aside, you just sound happy that people are being killed, rather than advocate for more violence, does it take anything away from you to advocate for a peaceful resolution on both sides. When has continued aggression led to peace. An eye for an eye makes the world go blind. |
Ode ‘taquya’ lol, doubt you can’t even know what that means when you can even spell it correctly. Throwing words arounds just so it sounds like you know what you are saying. Foreigners came in and declared country in your backyard where your generations have lived, and you expect them to just rollover and accept it. The same you will support the african liberation movements that took up arms to resist the colonialists that invaded their country, and call mandela a hero. Hypocrite! BigboyOJ: |
Singhabele:The same way kidnappers should be kidnapping your family one by one, to let you know not to lose guard abi.. Don’t wish for others what you won’t wish for yourself. Ode! |
This is why we are where we are as a nation. the callousness(senior brother of wickedness) on display by Israeli supporters on this thread is alarming. To feel small empathy for humans like you who have experienced only repression and loss in their lives for over 75 years hard you! simply because lets face it they are mostly muslims. The October 7 killing is wrong, everyone condemns it, but killing over 20,000 innocents is ‘teaching them lesson’? Hmm, God no go make them teach you and your family this kind lesson. Sometimes I wonder if our suffering in this Nigeria is actually justified based on the wickedness and how easy it is for us to just dehumanize fellow man like you. |
WhizdomXX:Don’t make this out as a christian/muslim issue. I personally know two muslim brothers that were kidnapped by these guys in the past month. These guys are equal opportunity criminals, your faith dont concern them. Nigerians should unite against these terrorists rather than fractionalizing ourselves further based on religious views. |
triplechoice:Ah well, if there is the political will, there is a way, perhaps the civil service laws should be updated to allow it be more agile and let it run like the private sector. As to the cost, it will be expensive but we are already incurring that expense on a yearly basis with not much to show for it. |
Maybe this is the chance for FG to make the civil service competitive once and for all. Agree to the pay the 500k minimum wage, then trim the fat, get rid of all non essential personnel and leverage technology for service delivery in the civil service Our civil service asides security and other essential services can run with 30% of current staff strength. Too many employees carrying files and just hanging around at our government offices. Those who are remaining will feel the targets on their backs and will feel the need to actually work to retain their jobs eliminating corruption and inefficiency. |

While you may see it as such, It is not necessarily a calamity, its just life events. Being Rich, in high positions can also be calamities but our small minds do not see it as such.. its just inside life events |
People criticize SLS for becoming an emir, saying its a waste of his intellectual capacity. I strongly oppose this view. If you know the way the north is structured, you’d realize a lot of whats hindering their progress have deeply cultural and religious roots. This is where the role of an emir who is seen as both the soiritual and culture leader comes to play. If you have an enlightened mind in this position, he can gradually over time make huge impacts in the minds of his subject to reason towards progress, break old cultural and religious myths, encourage and champion education, gender equality and so on. The political class may never be able to solve the nirth’s problem, as the majority of them are anyway anti government and pro sheikhs/emirs. |
