When I take my children to school, pick them up, attend their bdays, go on vacation with them in Florida along with their mom I feel like I have something to live for.

You are 52 and lack such experience. You stored a photo of my children in the back seat of my car. Something you have never done experienced in your life.
Along with their mom ? Along with my wife is the preference now.

In essence she is going to be burnt out in Nigeria but won't notice it or take it seriously, correct ?

Of course it is an undisputable fact that Nigeria's educational standard is inferior.
Taking a closer look at the price - if they are catering to expatriates, for a family earning (jointly) $200k per year, the price is not bad.

42,000,000 naira is about 28k dollars (est $2,300) per month.

Hopefully Nigerians do not copy them and charge excessively.

My next experiment will be to try it with plain yam, and see how it turns out, both in taste and texture.
I'll post the result here.
Maybe it will be like fried minced yam ?.

But try it and let us know.

I don't want to try and trash the outcome. Yam is too dear to throw away cuz of ojojo wink

For ojojo, I enjoyed it when my mom made it. Same with the one (water yam) you grate and then cook in boiling base of ingredients.
