AgricultureRe: I Want To Invest In Your Agricultural Business by aromaticmassage: 4:28am On Oct 24, 2023
While I'm not into any of the ones you listed. I'm into beans and corn. One fact you should know is this, there's no area in agriculture that is not profitable. I've been doing it in my own capacity for the past nine (9) years. My beans farm will be ready for harvest soonest.I can invite you to come and see practically and then, make your final decision as regards investment. It's a very profitable business if you have the wherewithal
DawsonCole:
Hello!

I am a Nigerian, passionate about Nigeria and the growth of Nigeria. I am very well aware that agriculture is an integral sector for the sustainable growth and development of any society. I have come to realise that many Nigerians do not like farming, do not like to produce, but rather want to consume. Sadly, we cannot grow this way as a country, and even more sadly, unemployed and underemployed Nigerians still do not see agriculture as an option. How bad if you ask me.

Growing up as a kid, farming was something I really enjoyed doing. I was actively involved in the cultivation of beans, corn, groundnut and potatoes. Several times, produce from the small farm in my family compound saved us from hunger. In the mornings, I will stroll to the farm at the back of the house, harvest some potatoes, go to the kitchen, wash the potatoes, peel off the back, wash it, fry it, and breakfast is served!

Right now, due to the nature of my work, I cannot directly be involved in farming, no matter how hard I try. As a result, I have thought to support (by investment) local farmers who are highly passionate about agriculture (prefereably someone with a degree in the Agricultural sciences or related field) and has some experience in agriculture. A degree in agriculture may not be needed if the person can prove that they have at least 3 years of continuous experience in agriculture.

If you are (or if you know anyone who is) highly interested in agriculture (whatever type - but prefarably cocoa, rubber, palm oil, diary, or similar high value agro products), kindly invite them to this thread. They should say what they are currently doing, provide pictures of their farm if possible, and say why they need investment in their business.

Good afternoon Baba, Ihow can you help me with authentic contact of person or cooperate organization in the USA or Canadathat I can be supplying my farm produce to ( palm oil and vegetables especially ukazi) I've gone for a basic training on this my only challenge at the moment is getting a customer even if it's one. I believe from one I'll get more. All my efforts towards this have not yielded any desired result. Thank you sir
ramalot:
I have gained some insights into different societies and cultures, by traveling far and wide. Not as a weekend tourist, but spending extended time in those places, and living an everyday life. Some of that information/experience might be useful to someone here.

The main point of this AMAA is mostly to answer questions of curiosity. Just random things you wonder about more obscure and less popular places (which I prefer to visit). I'm calling it "Ask Me Almost Anything," because I will not be answering certain questions.

Some questions I can't answer:

1. Questions about visa processes: I simply don't know, as I travel visa-free on a US passport, in almost all cases.

2. Questions about "hustling" as a documented or undocumented resident. Again, I simply don't know, as I have never engaged this. I have a web-based business in the US. So I work remotely, wherever I am.

A few things to note:

1. When I say "lived in a country," I don't mean permanently. I use that for countries I spend at least 1 month. I typically spend anywhere from 1- 3 months per country. In a few cases, I've spent 6, 10 and 12 months in the same country.

2. I travel on a US passport. I keep renewing my Naija passport each time it expires, but I never actually use it. Latest one I got in New York expired some months ago. I only used it once, in visiting Naija.

3. I am less interested in visiting "first world countries," as I find them boring. So most of my travels are to developing countries, but mostly those I still have access to solid accommodation and amenities. I have a business to run, so I can't be without reliable internet.

I find these countries more diverse in culture and lifestyle. First world countries are too structured and predictable.

4. I don't stay in hotels. I rent full Airbnb apartments, as I typically stay in a place for a few months and prefer to feel at home. I only stay in a hotel, if I need to, for 1-2 days while in transit, or something.

5. I've been learning Spanish for a long time, and speak decent enough conversational Spanish, and basic Portuguese.

Some countries I've been (including Nigeria, where I grew up):

Africa:
1. Nigeria
2. Benin Republic
3. Ethiopia (multiple visits)
4. South Africa

Latin America (South, Central, North):
5. Brazil
6. Colombia (multiple visits)
7. Argentina
8. Uruguay
9. Ecuador
10. Chile
11. Costa Rica
12. Peru
13. Panama
14. Dominican Republic
15. Mexico
16. Paraguay

Europe:
17. England (multiple visits)
18. Portugal
19. Netherlands (Amsterdam)

Asia:
20. Thailand (multiple visits)
21. Vietnam
22. Singapore
23. Indonesia
24. Philippines
25. Hong Kong
26. South Korea
27. China
28. Malaysia

North America:
29. USA (where I live)
30. Canada

Bonus (transits only, without bothering to leave the airport)
31. Moscow, Russia - 6 hours
32. Lome, Togo
33. Doha, Qatar

The pic attached shows my passports. My US passport on the left has holes in it, because I used up all the pages and had to get a new one (on the right). So yeah, with all that said, ask me whatever you'd like to know about these places (other than the exceptions I mentioned). cool

Current location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Yes, there will be epic street parties if Argentina wins tomorrow!)

Bigleaf1006:
I have been married for 7 years now and dated my wife for another 7 years prior.,we are blessed with 2 kids,a girl and a boy.

I am not keen on having anymore children and we are quite happy and comfortable. However, my wife's elder sister who is also happily married for about 20 years has only one child who is about 16 years now but she has been having it difficult having another one.

My wife told me she wants us to help her sister have another baby, that is make a new baby and give it to her, this initially sounded like a joke the first time she told me and I just laughed it off,but she has asked me this same thing several times over. I havent even given her room to discuss it with me but she somehow always finds a way to slip it into our convo oftentimes.

Though her sister who is quite comfortable never mentioned it to me but I am very sure they must have discussed it and her mum as codedly been pressuring me to have another child yapping on about how she wants more grandchildren because she has only 2 children- my wife and her sis.

How ridiculous does this sound or am i the one making too. much of an issue out of this?

BusinessRe: Affiliate Marketing! Please Don't Invest On This Nigerian Platform by aromaticmassage: 5:42pm On Feb 20, 2022
Ebube98:
That platform is not a scam and I'll explain. Affiliate marketing involves selling products you don't own and getting paid commissions on each sale.

That's is what that platform does. The platform sells courses (webinars , ebooks etc). These courses are sold on the platform by vendors , through the help of over 30,000 affiliates.

The reason why it looks like it is a scam is because:

1. A lot of persons are ignorant about the way it works. Affiliate marketing is a business model and it involves selling. You sell a lot. If you can't sell in affiliate marketing, you won't make a dime.

2. There's a particular course on that platform currently selling for N60k. That course has to be one of the most powerful courses I've seen on internet marketing. The course teaches internet marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, advertising IN DETAIL.

So much that, no matter how dumb you are, you would easily understand the concept as long as you try to open up your mind.

The essence of the course comes in because not everyone in Nigeria knows how to sell online. No, not everyone. If you create that affiliate marketing platform. Everyone who is hungry to make money will rush, pick products and start spamming everywhere with links.

That course teaches you the proper way to sell online . Not just as an affiliate marketer. But also other businesses.

Now, the course comes with free membership on the platform (which on its own costs N10k). The membership allows you to get access to about 60 products to test your selling skills.

All these products are courses.

3 of the top Nigerian copywriters sell on they platform.

One of the top CPA affiliate Marketers in Nigeria sells his course on the same platform.

Another top Google and YouTube PPC ad expert sells his course on that platform.

A popular Nigerian YouTuber that runs a YouTube channel talking about relocation abroad has two courses on the platform and has made millions because affiliates have sold his courses.

The platform called ex.pe.rt.na.ire is not a scam. It is a legit affiliate platform and it pays. I'm an affiliate there, my friend is a vendor.

The commissions are great and they pay every Friday. I think it's time we start supporting our own platforms rather than taking insults from click.bank and other platforms that ban Nigerians at the click of a button.
please check your email. I sent you a PM

Do you really need our step by step ebook on how to start grasscutter business and make money in just only one year?
it's quite unfortunate that I the only one that have commented on your thread asked you a simple question that requires only a "yes" or "No" and all you could do is using a question to answer a question. Is that sensible enough to you?
BusinessRe: Make Millions of Naira Investing On Any of All This Business In Nigeria by aromaticmassage: 3:05am On Jan 21, 2022
Bonanza643:
NUMBER 4.....

Grasscutter is a fast reproducing animal and starts mating within 7 months after birth....

It gives birth twice yearly and produce 4-9 at a time and That means, if you have 100 females that gives birth twice in a year, you would be having 900 to 1,500 in your farm within just a year!

Such a number will bring you nothing less than N5 Million naira when they are matured for marketing.....

Grass cutter farming is very lucrative because
Most people in the city cant buy the meat because it’s very scarce, so no amount of Grasscutter you produce that can’t be sold within days......

It will take combined efforts of thousands of farmers to fill the need for bush meat in the market in Africa right now.....

The market like I stated earlier is very big.....

Grasscutter meat or Bush meat is probably the most desirable animal meet in the market......

Everyone loves it and it sells very fast....

Big restaurants uses it to prepare high priced delicacies.....

do contact me to know more on this
Do you rear grass cutter at the moment?

The fee for one on one training is too high for a newbie. There's absolutely nothing you can't learn remotely.
honestly my belief in your KDP success story is more than 90% but wouldn't like you to make the percentage drop with this kind of response from you. You haven't mentioned your bill for one to one training, you haven't also mentioned your location in respect to such personalized training, the lady/ guy haven't told you that he wouldn't be able to pay for complained about the bill and, you are already advising against that. It appears a bit dodgy if you ask me. Kindly take note of this sir. You need to step up your mode for transparency. I myself am much more interested in one to one training than any other means depending on my level of belief in you and your location. And I'm sure so many peeps are in the same boat with me. I have some other ideas through which your knowledge can be monetized and equally benefit the larger society so far it's genuine but that will be a discussion for another day
