Let me tell you, I don't know if you have a car. Nigerians are not too poor to buy fuel. Nigerians have just reduced their waka waka. I hardly go visiting these days bcoz I plan my fuel and I like it that way.

Funny! You don't experience fuel scarcity anymore because the people are too poor to afford it not because of improved supply or logistics.
