I can attest to the weight and sleep part. I attended a landlord/tenant meeting about 4 weeks ago which compelled me to find a lasting solution to my sleeping problem. The health consultants advised I register at a GYM. I did and 2 weeks later, from a lousy 3-4 hours sleep per day, I have gone to 5-7 hours per day. All for just 7k per month and 2 hours exercise per day. Even girls don dey eye me more than before too as I am fitter and looking finer ( I was very handsome before but much more now ).

No more headache, no more high BP which accompanies lack of sleep. Regular exercise is massively underrated.

It is odd that when crude price was close to $160 in the world market, we see no increment in the value of the naira but we are quick to see one when there is a decline ( a decline that even a fool knows was inevitable).

Ask PDP fans what Gej has done for the nation, they tell you rail, train, rail and then renovated the airports. It is a shame really. In close to 5 years, all he could achieve is renovation of the airports and some old cargo trains despite taking loans from same place as Mexico who have use their own loan to buy new trains.
