I honestly do not have an idea. I was just shocked by that price. I have lived in and out of Egbeda since 1998. I moved out for 2 years only moved in back last February and surprised at how expensive houses have become here.

Similar thing happened to me at Ikotun ( those idiots at Ikotun are thieves), I was to give a lecture at Oshodi and couldn't eat break fast at home, went to the Mrs Biggs at nepa bus stop, while going one of the police stopped me begging for a ride to the station which isn't far from where I was stopped, on getting to idiumu I was stopped by a danfo with this black wearing thieves inside demanding to search me. They thought I was a yahoo boy.

They got the tongue lashing of their lives. I told them it wasn't a crime to help one of them. They later let me go when they realised I knew the game that was played.
