the boss, im not a club owner nor a local league player... i neither do not support the brutal beating dealt on the referee... But sometimes, someone must be used as a scape goat to sound a whistle of warning to the rest.
My friend is a Nigerian league player.He had a pending transfer to one of the African clubs and there was a clause that he had to score a certain number of goals before that deal could be considered.on the last day of the season, he needed just a goal to reach that mark but one stupid bribe infested referee had to cancel 2 of his clean goals just because there were the away team.
Anyway, sorry for the guy.. i am sure he learnt his lessons.

True...In your own case, your woman should be objective enough to see reasons, I don't think it's ethically appropriate business wise, to put your woman's picture as her dp since most of your contacts are business clients or prospects... But maybe on special occasions-her birthday... Feb 14 and others. Atleast your business partners are also human beings and not machines, they too must have and appreciate someone special in their lives.
