Oluwatola5: An Aside is the act of an actor saying something on the stage that is only heard by the audience but no other co-actor or actress hears it, a soliloquy is more like thinking aloud, saying your thoughts out and he or she who makes this is alone on stage. Also called a monologue.

Pun is the act of playing on words. Word that do have two meaning or are homophonous. Eg, am a mender of soles, let me mend your soul.

Litotes/meiosis are understatements. Eg I am the child of no means parents.
