IslamRe: Harvard Educated Minister Converts to Islam by asamuel: 6:29pm On Jan 29, 2009
I have been very busy in the US where I am currently schooling. I couldn't respond before because all my responses were being deleted by some muslim fanatics on Nairaland. I hope they will allow readers to see my explanation:

If you are confused about my name, the two names (Samuel Abdulazeez) belongs to me. My Dad, who is still a muslim (may God save his life), disowned me for becoming a christian and removing his surname was the only thing I could do> I initially gave myself the middle name "Samuel" and when I had opportunity before my WAEC to choose which name I want in my document, I chose the two names "Abdulazeez Samuel" to let people know the glorious thing that happened in my life.

You don't delete my message here just because you have no message. If something glorious has happened in your life as a muslim, say it and give others the chance to say theirs. May the Lord bless all readers. I scarcely have time for this, but the thread attracted me during one of my research work here and I thought I should join it. Meanwhile, the attitude of our muslim friends here scared me away from Nairaland since then.

God bless you all.
CareerRe: Any Hope For Those "Unfortunate" To Have Finished With 3rd Class? by asamuel: 10:08pm On Jul 14, 2008
Gani Fawehinmi had third class but he is succeeding today. Bill Gates, Steve Job, Michael Dell (these are the three leaders of Microsoft, Apple and Dell) were drop outs in school. They are leading today. It all depends on you! I advise you to forget the past and forge ahead with new commitment. You can still make headway!

Good luck.
Christianity EtcRe: The Church Has Rejected Christianity by asamuel: 9:59pm On Jul 11, 2008
whatever you look for is what you get. There are still very few churches and christians who are living their lives and pleasing God. What's important my friends is your own life. It's not sufficient to castigate Christianity when our individual lives are not worth the testimony. The Church is not the physical building; it's you and me. So, before you quote 133 verses to prove that Christianity is not more living to its name, ask yourself whether you are a true believer first.

I wish you God's grace.

EducationRe: Expulsion Scandal Rocks Covenant University: 120 Students Expelled by asamuel: 6:23pm On Jul 01, 2008
Oyedepo is a man of God? We should not touch God's annointed? Hehehehe! This is why Nigeria is far from progress. You see someone using God's money to build personal business, we are still calling him man of God. Anyway the Bible has said that many will come in that day and will say I have preached and cast out demons in your name but will be rejected by God.

I am a christian but I still don't believe that anybody should be forced to practice christianity even when they go to christian universities. God still sends His reign on the just and unjust. So, why expel someone because he simply does not have a Bible. If it's Jesus whom we are following, He would even provide you a Bible if you have none. Moreso, it's not carrying Bible that matters but doing what is written in it.

May God save these pastors!
IslamRe: Missed Calls From The House Of Allah! by asamuel: 6:12pm On Jul 01, 2008
You missed it. Your quotation was even uttered by Christ Himself. As believers, we know that God the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are one. This is a mystery that you cannot understand until you repent from sin and come out of that empty religion as I have done. So, Jesus who spoke that word you quoted knows that He is God and therefore if you serve Him, you cannot be serving mammon. Islam serves Allah - the god of Sun. That's why you cannot pray without facing a particular direction. We know that the true God is everywhere, and we can pray to Him facing any direction, taking any posture, and at anywhere.

So, Jesus was referring to you, when He said you should not serve mammon (allah). Why not seek for clarification if you are confused instead of taking Bible verses and interpreting it to your destruction.

REPENT FROM SIN TODAY AND ACCEPT JESUS. EMPTY RELIGION WILL NOT SAVE YOU FROM SIN!
IslamRe: Muslims Unmask Masquerade In Osogbo by asamuel: 6:03pm On Jul 01, 2008
You are beating about the bush, my friend. We are talking about Islam being a viiolent religion. What benefit will unmasquerading and attacking other religions bring to islam? My Bible says it's not by power or might. And this is the secret that islam is yet to come to terms with. I abandoned the religion when I saw that all it does is antagonize other religions without the power to set free from sin.

I am happy that you mentioned my Lord Jesus Christ. You need him as your Lord too so that he will give you peace and you will learn to live in peace with others, whatever religion. Taking laws into your hands to attack others' beliefs is a sign of immaturity.

YOU ALL NEED CHRIST!!!
IslamRe: Muslims Unmask Masquerade In Osogbo by asamuel: 2:54pm On Jul 01, 2008
why are we closing it? It's worth discussing. The Jihad against masquerades in Ibadan is worth examining.
CareerRe: ACCA Or ICAN: Which Is Better? by asamuel: 2:50pm On Jul 01, 2008
Companies know the worth of ACCA. So, if you can pass some papers well, you can get a job while you continue the rest of your papers. In the US here, companies even pay for your ACCA exams. That's my point dear.

Do rethink before it is too late!!! grin cheesy

EducationRe: Expulsion Scandal Rocks Covenant University: 120 Students Expelled by asamuel: 2:44pm On Jul 01, 2008
so muslims cannot even attend christian schools? I am a christian and I don't believe that any University owned by a Bishop should bar muslims or force other religion to bow to their rules. Christianity cannot be forced on anyone. Evven in Churches, if a muslim comes in without a Bible, you cannot drive him/her out of the Church until he is convinced himslef.
IslamRe: How Many Wives/husbands Are Muslims Entitled To In A Lifetime? by asamuel: 2:38pm On Jul 01, 2008
Yes, of course, because Islam believe in Jihad. Islam believe that when you kill because of religion that you will enter heaven. And this is why you see strive, fighting and war in any place you have muslims.
IslamRe: What Is Jihad? by asamuel(op): 2:36pm On Jul 01, 2008
holy war? Can a war be holy?
IslamRe: Re: Prophet Muhammad In The Bible by asamuel: 2:36pm On Jul 01, 2008
I refuse to be diverted from serious issues here!!! babs said he was once a christian and now a muslim just like I was once a muslim and I am now a Christian. I have challenged him to let Nairaland know how he became a christian and then his conversion experience and up till now, he and his brothers are still beating about the bush.

So, babs, the world is listening!!! cheesy cheesy
