Jobs/Vacancies / Re: First Contact Service Anyone? by aseczyl(m): 9:43am On Oct 30, 2014
The holder of that account should be tracked down, if these guys get tracked down and are made to face the deserved consequences of their actions it will deter others from just waking up and start scheming on how to defraud poor job seekers.
He believes he has guarded himself against any legal actions with the way he came up with that scam, but he is a fool of the highest order, there's a thousand and one offences he could conviniently get nailed for.
This thing is getting out of hand. Someone will just stand at a cluster and be sharing flyers to people about jobs with the clear intention of defrauding and no one is pinning such individual to a corner and giving them the beating of their life before handing them over to Police for prosecution. This country shouldn't be ''anything goes''

OneNaira6:

Can someone biko explain to me what this person is saying. She wrote in English but none of what she said made any sense. Lady reread your post and tell me do you have a clue what you just wrote or are you that pissed off that you are typing just for typing sake? grin grin grin

Let me make it easy for ya.
You people are all talks. Every ethnic group in Nigeria knows this. All you people do is come online and threaten and threaten everyone and when sh1t hits the fan, you hide and deny and deny until you can't deny it no more. This is not the first time this sh1t has happened. The last time OPC went around the streets to lagos with sticks distrubing everyone going to work, threaten that if a bomb goes off in SW, na wahala dem go show. few weeks later, a tiny bomb went off in Ekiti. What did your OPC group do next? they went and told the world "not every bomb is Boko Haram". Mind you this are the same set of people that went all over lagos with sticks disturbing everyone in their verge to "scare" of any "bomb" in SW or they'll go crazy if anyone dare do it. Few months later a Boko Haram headquarters was later discovered in Lagos..what did you media people do? They ran immediately to blame Bayelsa governors for that building. Shouting on the top of their lungs as high as they can that the bayelsa is playing with fire bringing suicide bombers in their land. Mind you this was an abandoned building that most likely the members found and took refuge because nobody was using it at that time but no, our sw people turned left instead of right. Now look, once again, OPC threatened, Yoruba on NL threatened, all shouted that if Boko Haram bomb lagos that wahala go happened. Oya shekau don take una up on that threat, wetin happened? your politicians and leaders try to cover it up, your people denying shedkau didn't do it and OPC is nowhere to be found. This are the people that threatened and dared this shekau dude first. grin grin grin grin grin grin

Like I said it's a normal predictable behavior of una. Even on NL, I've witnessed una threatening some members all over especially the Igbo members and when those members take una up on your offers and even offered to me una on your own territory, not theirs, but your own where you people most likely know the place and have friends there thus outnumber them yet wetin happened? They showed but noone on your side even dared come, rather just gave excuses why they couldn't make it. We are all used to you people's loud mouthing. Noone take it seriously. It's actually expected from una, when you don't do it then that's when una surprise me.
Purported bombs that Igbo lunat1cs like you could have detonated just to see war start and so that you can do what you are best known for- armed rob, steal.... you know...one thing i really find hard to understand is how you savage-minded maggots called igbo cannot see that it is not only Yoruba that live Lagos, majority of you thief-igbos live in lagos and want to live in Lagos and that an extremely huge number of you have all you have worked for in your entire lives outside Igboland such that if nigeria breaks up in war today, most of your fathers and mothers will become useless and you the children hopeless. ibo bastards

Coward we fought a war for 3 good years, majority who died were as a result of hunger.
Records has it that the Federal forces had more military casualties than that of Biafra, so what is your point?
We fought them to a standstill unlike you cowards who cannot even dare to raise a finger.
You are back to making internet noise as usual ain't you? The repercussions of the ones you made earlier are still staring you in the face with nothing done about it.
Yorubas don't run away from war, then why is Ilorin still under occupation? What are you doing to capture the town back from the hands of Fulanis?
Boko haram are now fully in Lagos, what are you doing about it? Cowards!
Hahahaha masters of the game indeed!
Game of cowardice.
you are a fool, an idiot .....a war your treacherous thief-ancestors started, murdering Hausa and Yoruba high ranking military officers courtesy Buka Suka Dimka and installing Aguiyi Ironsi. I blame the Hausas for not totally ending the existence of the Igbo race. At least we wouldn't have been having all these problems of the bad names the igbos give nigeria in the international community. God punish you all

AmenJoan: It's painful because I still owe money I used in paying rent when I took this job. I was hoping to use the 28days allowance to offset that. But they refused to pay it. Please more responses from FG workers will be appreciated. Would like to know the best route to recover my money if am going to return this one. Thank you
davide470(m): 7:32am On Jul 04
The best way to resolve this is: Draft a mail to CBN (Head of Accounts or something), copy Head of Accounts of your former agency, HR, Head of your unit. The mail should entails the date of your resignation, the error salary paid, your agency requesting you to pay d said amount in their account, your outstanding allowance owed and finally, ask for an advice.

Get all these ready as suggested by davide470, then present them to the bosses in the office that are demanding you return the money and then use it to blackmail them into sharing the money with you cos I believe the money is going into their personal accounts if you return it. their demand that you write a new resignation letter, postdated, is evident of this.
But try and acquire a long spoon cos you may be dinning with the devil

Seek legal advice. If you can hold the money and then sue concerning the deduction from your salary which they promised to pay but did not. By the way, it depends on what amount the money we are talking about is, to decide whether it's even worth the whole drama.

ujsizzle: Came across this, and thought it worth sharing.

This recent piece, written by Todd Hirsch, the Calgary-based chief economist of ATB Financial and author of "The Boiling Frog Dilemma: Saving Canada from Economic Decline", will serve our young graduates as they navigate the job market, even in this most difficult time. The message is simple: whatever your hand finds to do, begin from there. I am well aware that the Nigerian terrain is quite different from the Canadian one on which the author based his thesis but the inherent lesson cuts across boundaries as it simply teaches that fresh graduates should be wise. Here is what Todd Hirsch wrote:

Layolaw: so what do we call Fayehun, majority of you in NL just don't know what is really happening here, you are just taking paracetamol for fayose's headache, hmmm you can ask anybody living in Ekiti if fayemi didn't share things more than fayose, while pple had been enduring his govt for the past 3 1/2 years, just 2 months to election he started giving bus to variuos associations, stove & 5 litres kerosine, recharge cards, semo, matches red oil, maggi, salt,...... & so many things .... Her excellency started visiting market paying 2, 000 for 200 goods, Hah hah, from so called performing governor...:.Civil servant no more have access to govt loan and their cooperatives deductions from salary is no where to be found until after 3 months... Get life and get your facts before spewing rubbish out on social netwk
Nice one there. Those actions of his - giving ''alms'' to the people, confirms that the people were indeed hungry and suffering right there during his governance since ''alms giving'' presupposes lack and suffering, they also confirm that he knows this. This is a confirmation that his government has failed the people and that he acknowledges that. Everything is wrong here.

voltron: We are all laughing and making mild pondering.. the wicked and sad truth is that 20-30 years down the line, our children will curse us for allowing them suffer for our laziness, naivety, cowardliness, lack of patriotism, greed, selfishness and mediocrity.. JUST AS WE ARE CURSING OUR FOUNDING FATHERS RIGHT NOW
Nobody is cursing anybody, what would you have us do?

Fayose beware of them lest they penetrate and engineer the ruin of your administration and hence, the loss of your popularity amongst your people. Judging from what they took the state through, all the post election issues, I don't suppose APC are the type that take defeat in good faith just like that, something is fishing, something must be fishing with this purported union they seek. Beware of wicked strategies...wicked tactics. Ride on Action Governor
