SonsOfLiverpool: Hello house, is there any special format to send CERTIFICATE to Wes? They have accepted my WAEC and transcripts but they still await certificate. You can use hello fax. Google it. Then Google WES Canada to get their fax number. |

Igethope: Thanks I like your spirit. Some would rather just argue it out. This process takes alot of learning. We all are learning. Just invest sometime in reading through the thread. You could also Google questions that may pop up. You'll be surprised you'll see answers, tonnes of them and before long, you'll be an elder giving back to others |

Na waa! The man is dead and gone o. Instead of uniting as a family and mourn him, rather they choose to fight for power. Very typical in Africa. You can just understand why whites sometimes will their wealth to dogs and cats. |

I am not in Lagos hence I cant go to the records office. Do you have a contact you can share? Pls get someone to assist you. It may have been omitted. I think they attend to people on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. |

finestiyke: Good evening house
Please I have a very serious question to ask
Are there any dire consequences if one gets married post AOR
And now decided to add spouse then?
Could it have negative impact on one's EE application? Nope. You'll have to raise a CSE and notify IRCC though. Type "raising cse for marriage" on the search bar above. Someone gave details to this question of urs arnd 2017. |

Vader92: My school sent my Unilag foundation transcript and undergraduate transcript to WES back in July. WES acknowledged them after like 5 days, my profile was updated, Undergraduate transcript was showing "Accepted", while Foundation transcript was "Received Document Awaiting Verification". However, after sending my statement of result a few weeks back, I received a new document update where, the status of my undergraduate transcript changed "Received Document Awaiting Verification". My statement of result was updated to "Received Document Awaiting verification" While my foundation transcript was changed to "Not Accepted"(Reason: The document wasn't sent from the body or institution that awarded the degree) Try call WES. They may have mistaken your statement of result to be verification. |

paularo: Hello guys,
I applied for Study Canada VISA but git rejected.
I would like to ask if I can use the same documents for Canada Study VISA for Permanent Residence.
I'm not quite sure that's' why I'm asking everyone in the house.
Please, share your knowledge on my issue. Thanks. I'd advice you first go through page one of the thread so you knw all it entails. Your job needs to fall into certain NOCs, the POF according to family size et al. Also, try to simulate ur CRS score incase you need additional certs or other routes to boost your score. |

theButterfly: You must be mad. In fact, you are very mad. What privacy is she violating when he littered the photos on the internet for anyone to get a hold of?
Of course, he scammed her. Marrying OP, disappearing and leaving her to take the blame for the money he owed, then completely deserting her and their kids to marry /start life with another woman in another state is a scam. Scams involve deceit and dishonesty as a means to an end and this is no different. She was scammed big time! Worse still, by a so called pastor. To think someone doesn't even see this as a scam. Smh. |

MzGiwa: Dear All,
I have read through this thread religiously and i have decided to start my journey.
1st: My current job description falls under C on the NOC list which is really painful.
So i begged my fiance be the primary applicant ( we will be getting married this December by God's Grace).
However, he resigned from his former place of work last year to start his own business.
My question is can he still claim points from his last job as he worked for over six years there .
Somebody please advice Yes |

Vincentosa: Thanks so much. Yes, I have earlier check through PNP. The problem is they all required ties to those provinces. I have a brothers in Canada but not in those provinces. Is there any hope without a tie to certain province? Some provinces only need you to be in the pool with sufficient scores for you to get an invitation. Few weeks back, on this thread some people got invitations for PNP. Try to invest alot of time in reading as you will have many more questions and some questions MAY not be answered here because they have been over flogged. |

Vincentosa: Hello Family, I am new here. I have read through from thread starting from number 1. I want to migrate to CA.
Age: 36 Marital status: Maried Education: B. Tech, Computer Science; OND-Elect/Elect Tech Work experience: 5years + Occupation: System Analyst English Test: Planning to do one
Spouse Details Age: 28 Education: B.sc; Masscomm English test: Plan to take Work experienc: 1yr-NYSC
Where do I start from? Thank you. Okay, I'll be a bit blunt though. Your age and Marital Status would drastically reduce ur CRS despite having years of experience and having multiple degrees. Your Spouse on the other hand is in the "catchment" age but has a small experience quotient and limited number of degrees. My advice is, play with the CRS calculator. You can simulate scores for both your self and wife in multiple ways as you deem fit. Since you are in the tech industry, u may get nominated for PNP too. Infact that would really guarantee you an ITA. You'll still need to do alot of personal research to guide u. However, if you calmly read through this thread, you will understand in no time. |

Pls, your response will help in making decisions. I have other evidences to show d company has been in existence before it was registered. Hi, I advice you try to make research yourself. There have been some success stories shared by some self employed persons here. Recently, big bros Topsmamen shared some of them.I suggest you type "self employed Topsmamen" on the search bar above. |

Bambarino: Good morning All, please I have a question, I had my masters degree in UNILAG, so I decided to use it for evalution using Wes, I sent waec, then applied for transcript in unilag and that also has been sent but I forgot negligently to send certificate also, now wes has updated my profile that my waec, scratched card and transcript has been approved but certificate/statement of result has not been received, My question is I have collected attestation letter but have not collected my certification, can I send the attestation/to whom it may concern to WES, would it be accepted and approved? Please I need urgent reply on This, anybody that has used his/her attestation and it was approved, this is only what is pending my evaluation. Thank you Hi, I advice you go to the post graduate unit of your school and request for your statement of result asap. As far as your transcript can be generated, your Sor should be with them. |

Acidosis: I wonder the kind of religion some of you carry on your head. Every Sunday morning, you wake up, head towards the church for mass, listen to messages about sanctification, new birth, rebirth, etc., yet hang on to some deity beliefs.
For your own good, discard that deity and forge ahead with your life (but ensure you're a partaker and a believer of Christ). If you don't hold on to the new covenant, the past will ALWAYS come back to visit you, whether she's OSU or not. Your forefathers have terrible history so you need to disconnect yourself and your family. This is not about OSU, it's about the past (filthy history with rituals) you do not know. May God bless you for this comment. Many people fear men more than God walahi! |

Rence22: My fellow nairalanders. I appreciate your help so far despite the fact that I haven't really gone too far. I am just at the ECA stage and registered for ielts next month. It's with a very great sadness that I might have to pull out of this canny dream. Really sad for me. hubby has seriously been reluctant. Says he loves his Naija and God has not instructed him to leave Nigeria and until he receives his heavenly dream from God, he is not going anywhere. He actually said if I want to go badly, I should. But here's the problem, with 3 kids ages 5 3, and 1.5 years old. How do I cope with daycare, job search, mobility, picking up from schools, groceries, and upkeep alone in Canada. To worsen it, he isn't supporting financially. I even offered and begged to have him sit for ielts and his eca with my monthly pay he reluctantly said yes but I thought, one can only force a horse to the river but not to drink. Without his help how will I survive with 3 beautiful kids alone in Canada. He is not even batting an eye concerning the benefits. He's a speedy driver, says cars are meant for speed how will such a person cope with Canadian traffic rules. These and some little others have just weakened me especially my children and the highest I can even leave them is a week. We are that close that they have never gone to bed without my hug and kisses. I dont have any family over there to help with. Good night. Please don't feel sad. Just remember that everything happens for a reason. I truly understand how you feel and I believe you are wise for taking the present decision especially because of the kids. All in all, anything can still happen...Just don't take it all to heart. |
