Family / Re: What Should I Do Please? Failed Marriage by Asetime: 7:13pm On Feb 18, 2023
How are you so sure she's cheating, have you seen her with someone or you just believe so? Moreover, you saw she was a person that loved her own company so much before marriage. So how would that have changed after marriage. You also concluded that her people are with her concerning her decision. Please what statement have they uttered that warranted such conclusions? No African family truly wants their relative to have a broken home. Are you saying no one of her relatives ever contacted you?

I'll advice you go for Nursing rather than CHEW program especially because of the RN licence. Yes there are many Do's and Don'ts in Nursing especially in Nigeria but there are many career prospects also in the long run. There are also many married women studying nursing in Nigerian schools but truth is, they have a very strong family support. There will be trying times for example, when the children are sick and you are at a 'special posting' which may not be even in your state of residence. Is it doable?... yes it is..it's being done already. One last thing, the dedication has to be 100% else money and time will be wasted. In most Nigerian nursing schools for example, failure in a course (less than a "C" ) is a failure that may result in the repeat of class or forfeiture of admission. It calls for serious thoughts. Once the dedication and support system is available.. pls by all means go for it... wishing you the best.

Hi, Have you tried contacting your accounts officer? If you haven't, try contacting the officer so that you know exactly what the issue is. I'm sure I'm not the only one surprised and disappointed with such development.

I know you feel like a disappointment, but I can tell you it's all in your mind! You are better than millions of people in the world. Do u know that there are people better qualified than you that lack even a shelter for their heads? Do you know there are many master degree holders still eating "mama thank you" (As Nlanders put it)? Do you know that many that graduated 5,8, 10 years ago have not been gainfully employed? Be grateful to God in any situation. This situation will pass but you will need to make the best use of it... For there are indeed lessons to be learnt.

This is a serious health issue that should not be taken for granted. Kindly take her to a hospital to have a consultation with a doctor. Those persistent headaches are red flags. Act fast before any blood vessel gets ruptured.

Diabetes and high blood pressure related to covid-19??
The individual with his diabetes and high blood pressure would probably have been managed till even old age but the virus compounded the whole issue. It's similar with HIV, we hear sometimes that an individual dies of HIV, whereas the HIV virus only makes the human system weakened and unable to fight even cattarh or a mild fever. In this case, we do not say the person died of fever or cattarh, but HIV, which gave these "opportunitic infections" ability to cause more harm.

Your analysis is quite shallow because the mods ban people irrespective of tribes or ethnicity. They don't report to u on daily analysis of who they banned and their reason. You claim bad news about the south east don't hit front page. That's a lie because this week alone, baby trading news that happened in the east hit front page.

I am perplexed that you saw nothing wrong in what you did. Your quote "I told him that I have screenshot his comments that I'm going to send it to our kano youths forum". Are u guys now security agents? How else will you guys react if not to inflict mayhem on innocent people because someone retarded claimed he is acquiring guns in kaduna and Kano?

Please leave religion and ethnicity out of Nairaland. Am tired reading such. I am tempted to ask how old u are but I will leave that for another day.

Have you tried exercising the nerves in her hand? Google "exercises for nerve pain in the hand". There are step by step illustrations of very simple exercises that may prove very difficult for someone with a nerve damage. There's no harm in trying.

Look, boy, if you had something to add, you could have added it like other people did without being rude to me.

2. To castigate: to reprimand (someone) severely

I'm sure when you said the words 'warmly castigate' they sounded nice in your ears, but I guess you don't know what those words mean.

As for your insinuation that I did not read page 1 and that I should truly 'digest page 1' to 'become like you', I say ewwwww. Why would I want to be like a condescending individual who has a poor know it all manner of approach, the ghetto!
We will all get what's coming to us. Time will reveal all.

If we all ignore, how do we all learn. Even if it were pinned, people will still ask and that's why page one should be directed their way. Constructive criticisms are in no way bashing, except I am missing something here?

I am having it a bit difficult how to pay the application fees online.

Paying fees after you apply
You can only pay through your account when you submit your application. You must pay in a different way if you:
decide to pay your Right of permanent residence fee after you apply or
add a spouse or dependent child to your application (marriage or birth of a child)

It seems, when your don't pay your application during submission, it gets difficult. Seems I have have to go the route as if I am paying for additional person/spouse that later got added.

I'll suggest you try to reach them. Saw this on CanadaVisa.

I have done that and it is the same result
Then probably other factors are rendering the application ineligible. How about checking the NOC whether it falls within the "A,O, or B", check the proof of fund, check that there is a minimum of a years work experience and probably check the ielts are up to the minimum requirements. In all, you could Google your question, hopefully this can be rectified. Here's what I got though: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1001&top=29

Hmmmn. I'm curious as to why you decided to write this. Did I give out the wrong information to this person? How do you know I did not read page 1?
First, because you warmly castigated those advising people to check out page one. Secondly, yes you did give out wrong info. Not only Ontario picks from the pool.

You can correct her without sounding so demeaning, it's irritating honestly.

If you know so much, then answer the questions people ask, rather than try to put someone else down.
Dear Sir/Ma, in which way did I sound demeaning? I truly request a reply. You on the other hand have indirectly insulted me.
Since when did applauding someone for answering people sound demeaning? I am actually a blunt person (not as much as Tina26 though grin) and I meant what I said without any sarcasm or prejudice. I commend anyone that answers these questions here oo. Questions that have been answered over and over and someone humbly and painstakingly answers them, abeg they should be commended. My only concern is with people giving out wrong info. So please how does this sound demeaning? or are you implying commending and pointing out a mistake is an "oversabi" tendency? Then why was this thread created?

For Ontario, they pick from the pool, but for other provinces, you have to apply. There are some pre-ITA groups on whatsapp and there's a PNP thread here on Nairaland. Just ask here for the links.
Have you done your IELTS because with masters her score should be a bit higher. Also, how old is she? and how many years work experience does she have?

I must commend your enthusiasm in trying to solve people's problems but you need to understand that this process requires alot of investment, most especially in acquiring knowledge. You truly and sincerely need to read and digest page one. Infact once you do, I'm positive you will become one of us that direct that way wink In d meantime I also suggest u confirm by continuous research every information you try to pass across. For example, not only Ontario picks from the pool. I have also noticed you are picking up very fine but you need to read page one. Some people read from the very first thread and have become more knowledgeable. Cheers!

Thanks so much, Please I also need urgent answer to this as I am about to start my ECA today, I notice if I select NO under the question that says and I quote "Will Your Spouse Come with you to Canada"? My CRS will increase to about 450+, MY QUESTION: If I select NO and get ITA and subsequent PPR, will I be able to invite my wife and son to Canada later? Please urgent answer
Well, in summary, the answer to your question is a Yes. However, it'll be a longer and more complicated process. Back and forth relays with you, the government and your Spouse. Sometimes lasting more than anticipated. Also, ITA crs are quite high at the moment therefore, means of increasing your crs should be sought because having a crs in the 450s isn't quite ideal at the moment. Although I believe every and anything is possible. Who knows, crs may still fall below the 450s like it had been before.

Will WES evaluate HND in Computer Science and HND in Business Administration as two or more certificates??

Please I need quick answer to this. Thanks in anticipation for your answer: God bless
Since you have a HND, it means you already had an ND. These two will pass as a "two or more certificates".

ACTUALLY IT HAS BEEN REPORTED HERE SEVERAL TIMES AND ON FACEBOOK. PEOPLE HAVE BEEN INVITED FOR INTERVIEW IN ACCRA TO PROVE IT BECAUSE THEY CLAIMED WORK EXPERIENCE UNDER FAMILY BUSINESS ESPECIALLY TO MAX OUT 3 YEARS. I’m not saying it’s an automatic refusal I’m saying its SUSPICIOUS because it’s been reported as that. I’m not MISLEADING ANYONE PLEASE. IF THE PERSON TRULY WORKS THERE THEN SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM NA IN THIS CASE I AM SURE YOU SAW THE INDIVIDUAL TRULY DID NOT WORK THERE SO WHY WASTE TIME CLAIMING IT ESPECIALLY IF THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF BEING INVITED TO PROVE THE JOB LATER
