Family / Re: What Should I Do Please? Failed Marriage by Asetime: 7:13pm On Feb 18, 2023 |
How are you so sure she's cheating, have you seen her with someone or you just believe so? Moreover, you saw she was a person that loved her own company so much before marriage. So how would that have changed after marriage. You also concluded that her people are with her concerning her decision. Please what statement have they uttered that warranted such conclusions? No African family truly wants their relative to have a broken home. Are you saying no one of her relatives ever contacted you? 2 Likes |
Family / Re: I'm Confused On What To Do. by Asetime: 11:50am On Jan 30, 2022 |
I'll advice you go for Nursing rather than CHEW program especially because of the RN licence. Yes there are many Do's and Don'ts in Nursing especially in Nigeria but there are many career prospects also in the long run. There are also many married women studying nursing in Nigerian schools but truth is, they have a very strong family support. There will be trying times for example, when the children are sick and you are at a 'special posting' which may not be even in your state of residence. Is it doable?... yes it is..it's being done already. One last thing, the dedication has to be 100% else money and time will be wasted. In most Nigerian nursing schools for example, failure in a course (less than a "C" ) is a failure that may result in the repeat of class or forfeiture of admission. It calls for serious thoughts. Once the dedication and support system is available.. pls by all means go for it... wishing you the best. |

The family needs to apologize whole heartedly to those they falsely accused if the news making rounds are true. Infact if the falsely accused know their rights they should sue. 8 Likes |

I know you feel like a disappointment, but I can tell you it's all in your mind! You are better than millions of people in the world. Do u know that there are people better qualified than you that lack even a shelter for their heads? Do you know there are many master degree holders still eating "mama thank you" (As Nlanders put it)? Do you know that many that graduated 5,8, 10 years ago have not been gainfully employed? Be grateful to God in any situation. This situation will pass but you will need to make the best use of it... For there are indeed lessons to be learnt. |

This is a serious health issue that should not be taken for granted. Kindly take her to a hospital to have a consultation with a doctor. Those persistent headaches are red flags. Act fast before any blood vessel gets ruptured. |

June15:The individual with his diabetes and high blood pressure would probably have been managed till even old age but the virus compounded the whole issue. It's similar with HIV, we hear sometimes that an individual dies of HIV, whereas the HIV virus only makes the human system weakened and unable to fight even cattarh or a mild fever. In this case, we do not say the person died of fever or cattarh, but HIV, which gave these "opportunitic infections" ability to cause more harm. 47 Likes 3 Shares |

Have you tried exercising the nerves in her hand? Google "exercises for nerve pain in the hand". There are step by step illustrations of very simple exercises that may prove very difficult for someone with a nerve damage. There's no harm in trying. |

diggy4real:Then probably other factors are rendering the application ineligible. How about checking the NOC whether it falls within the "A,O, or B", check the proof of fund, check that there is a minimum of a years work experience and probably check the ielts are up to the minimum requirements. In all, you could Google your question, hopefully this can be rectified. Here's what I got though: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1001&top=29 |

Datevilme:Dear Sir/Ma, in which way did I sound demeaning? I truly request a reply. You on the other hand have indirectly insulted me. Since when did applauding someone for answering people sound demeaning? I am actually a blunt person (not as much as Tina26 though ) and I meant what I said without any sarcasm or prejudice. I commend anyone that answers these questions here oo. Questions that have been answered over and over and someone humbly and painstakingly answers them, abeg they should be commended. My only concern is with people giving out wrong info. So please how does this sound demeaning? or are you implying commending and pointing out a mistake is an "oversabi" tendency? Then why was this thread created? 12 Likes |

carissaa: I must commend your enthusiasm in trying to solve people's problems but you need to understand that this process requires alot of investment, most especially in acquiring knowledge. You truly and sincerely need to read and digest page one. Infact once you do, I'm positive you will become one of us that direct that way In d meantime I also suggest u confirm by continuous research every information you try to pass across. For example, not only Ontario picks from the pool. I have also noticed you are picking up very fine but you need to read page one. Some people read from the very first thread and have become more knowledgeable. Cheers! 6 Likes |

Teemez:Well, in summary, the answer to your question is a Yes. However, it'll be a longer and more complicated process. Back and forth relays with you, the government and your Spouse. Sometimes lasting more than anticipated. Also, ITA crs are quite high at the moment therefore, means of increasing your crs should be sought because having a crs in the 450s isn't quite ideal at the moment. Although I believe every and anything is possible. Who knows, crs may still fall below the 450s like it had been before. |
