No body removed the CJN he was suspended from office. must I explain suspended to you? bt the way have you checked section 11 of the Interpretation Act? check it. The President was relying on the Court order of the CCT, which has the powers to give such a recommendation on any Public Officer, the CJN is a public officer. and not that was an ex parte order, the Same order the CJN lawyers were using to stop his trial at the CCT. chech the 6th schedule of the constitution and read about the CCT powers. The CJN is appointed by the president. Independence of the judiciary is about their function not personal like that of the Executive. Total immunity from prosecution world over is only enjoyed by the Executives and constitutional monarchs..
