SmartPolician: I think it's true. This is what sane government prevent by ensuring that everyone enjoys basic amenities, irrespective of where they live. If they keep investing all in Owerri alone, everyone in Imo will relocate to Owerri to enjoy the basic things of life. This is a no-brainer.

Encourage the establishment of private industrial park Force gas companies to have their offices in the state, so that royalty can be earned as well as attraction of high networth individuals into the state. sanctity454: Shell plant is a 3.5billion dollar project, seplat 700 million dollars, waltersmith group investment contains a 300megawalts capacity IPP, 50000 BPD refinery and an industrial park.
This 3 companies are constructing a brand new 25 km dual carriage highway criss crossing ibigwe Assa to pH road.
Most of the other projects information are basically restricted.

Hope Uzodinma desperately needs funds the Oguta sea port project is ambitious, he is laying pipelines to industrial layouts, currently reviving the abandoned cargo section of Owerri airport etc.
