oluztx: Listen to his list of only 5 billionaires in Nigeria? You see how he made sure not to mention any Igbo, to tell you the envy in him for Igbos. Kai Yoruba, yoruba, why are people like this? So what is paining you is Cubana is Igbo and a billionaire? Afonja, let me tell you something, Dangote, Otedola, Akilaja and Adenuga are hustlers, they have no real money. How do I know?
There was a recent telecommunication bid by Adenuga and Obijackson, did you know they disqualified Adenuga due to poor financial standing and approved Obijackson for strong financial standing? You don't know. Akilaja has no structure, absolutely nothing. Her wealth was based on oil well that has since lost value and production by over 70%. Dangote and Otedola are government subsidy and contract hustlers. As the economy suffers and government based-contracts decrease, these two will fade away especially Otedola who has faded since 2013, running on lost glory.
No allow envy kill you, there are more Igbo billionaires by the ratio of 100 Igbo billionaires to 5 Yorubas and Hausa-Fulani billionaires. Very soon you will find out as the economy continues to suffer and government contracts disappear, that's when you will know Igbos are real billionaires from business, not so-called Hausa-Fulani and Yoruba billionaires that depend on oil, government subsidy programs and contracts. please when did the telecommunication bid between adenuga and obijackson hold and what was the telecommunication project all about? |

sanctity454: Imo predicts boom over 43 oil wells recovered from Rivers
Chidiebube Okeoma, Owerri
The Imo State Government on Monday said it had recovered 43 oil wells hitherto ceded to the neighbouring Rivers State.
The Coordinator for Petroleum and Gas Matters to the Governor, Goodluck Opiah, who spoke in Owerri, said that the economy of the state was looking bright.
According to Opiah, 22 oil wells were recovered from the Mgbede Field in Egbema, Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area, and 21 oil wells from the Akri Field in Oguta LGA.
He reveled that the development had placed the state as the 4th largest oil producing State in the country.
Opiah noted that the recovered 43 oil wells would improve the revenue of the State, adding that the recovered 43 oil wells signified the preparedness of the governor to correct the ills of the past.
He said, “The oil wells were hitherto ceded to Rivers State. The ugly situation affected the revenue base of the state as we were recorded as one of the lowest oil producing states in the country. But with the recovery of the 43 oil wells, the story has changed, as we have become the 4th largest oil producing state.” ,,

BlackFlamefromP: You are right man. Most major markets all over Nigeria are dominated by igbos and they still dominate more than 99% of markets in the east.
Now take a look at this: I know you may be an igbo man but I want you to put tribal sentiment aside an face some reality: would you agree with me that something must be wrong with the psyche of igbo people as a race?
I mean despite all the freedom and economic dominance igbos are enjoying all over Nigeria, for this same people to be shouting that they want freedom from Nigeria as if they were in slavery in the first place really says a lot about the state of the psyche of an igbo man.
What exactly do igbo people want? Well, I believe their insatiable greed and lust for economic and political power and dominance over every other tribe is what has been their undoing. Just my thought. if you feel something is wrong with the psyche of an igboman then maybe other ethnicities have no psyche at all to feel ok with nigeria has turned into which is making most of the young population of different ethnicities try to run away from the country |

Kenturkey048: My sister, I kept on telling them southeast nor be northeast.
Imagine the Nigerian Government planning to withdraw troops combating insurgency to come southeast. You can't win a fight without leadership backup.
Boko boys are getting support from some elements in both the Civil & military hierarchy hence their victory. Nigerian government won't think twice to burn down the whole southeast.
I don't know why they fail to understand that Easterners are the most scattered tribe over Nigeria. The biggest and finest house in the area where my family house is situated is owned by an Igbo man. Not to talk about what ibo boys are doing on the island where I live.
To be candid, if Nigeria divide, Ibos go lose more. I know what I say.. Alaba market, na ibos dominate, Trade fair, na ibos dominate go jos, Terminus market, na ibos dominate.
But, I don't know why some have chosen to make others endangered species in Nigeria.
Imagine a guy complaining about Nigerian police arresting his in-law during UMUNNA meeting and labeling them ipob.Thats the stage we've gotten to...
I wish most of them go read the reality of the Nigeria/Biafra war, and everything that transpired before the war. Ojokwu deceived their Fore-Fathers, Nnamdi Kanu is doing so with them. ojukwu didn't deceive anyone..actions of your Nigerian govt then has cumulated to the nonsense country we have at the moment where things hardly works because of largely the structure those guys then put down so much so that young Nigerians can't wait to japa from the country |
