Thus I'm trying to improvise with the materials I can get and still get rid of high and low frequency noise...

That is one problem with this modern day appliances, they are making it in such a way that it will be hard to fix, you have no choice as to change its screen because that is the only solution to that predicament. If only you can muster courage and sell off that tv to get a tukunbo that will be better because the intended screen can be faulty and might start giving you heart ache and also the cost of the new screen might range between 15-25k depending on where to get it and you can add more to d above to get a led at 35-40k. My one kobo!

I wish you had a dispatch man who cld pick both the lg and this samsung from abeokuta and take it to your office as I can't bring them myself... Maybe you just buy the lg and help fix the samsung...
If that's possible, let me know how you can come take the 2 tvs
