One of my friends wants to travel to dubai with her husband on a three months tourist visa in search for a job , pls is it advisable to travel as a couple that is (husband and wife ) in search for a job in dubai. Pls how is law practice for Nigerians in UAE, I understand foreign lawyers are not eligible to plead cases in court but can work as legal consultants, my questions are; are these legal jobs available, 2, are nigerian lawyers treated fairly and last but not the least any idea about an average pay for nigerian lawyers or lawyers in general. Oga Bellong , I can site you, pls my first degree is not on the occupation list , so I'm taking a pgd that is on the occupation list, the question is , can a pgd alone give me 15 points for educational qualification without claiming work experience. Thanks

If I have a degree in a different field of study and a post graduate diploma in another field of study will I be awarded 15 points for a pgd nominated occupation on visa (subclass) 190. That is, you have bsc in economics and a pgd in maybe social work , and your nominated occupation is social worker, can one apply with just pgd and still be given I5 points for qualification. 2. If nominated , to satisfy the 2yrs working requirement,must you work in OZ only on the nominated skill or u can choose to work outside your nominated occupation if you have the qualifications . Kind regarrds.

Pls i need more clarity on Skilled Regional (provisional ) visa (subclass 489) 1. Can I apply for this visa from naija 2. Must I have a relative sponsorship from Oz or 3. An employment offer.
