JoyNHope: The mistake you are making is thinking that Postinor is a contraceptive. It is NOT. It is an emergency drug meant to be taken when a contraceptive is not used and should never be regularly used.

A contraceptive is a drug or device that prevents conception from taking place and it is taken (swallowed or injected) or put in place BEFORE intercourse.

You should go and thank the pharmacist for being more concerned about you than about 'selling market'. I know some other people might just have been mocking your ignorance and will never say a word.

Please, consult a doctor before you damage your health irreparably. Even a primary health care centre will guide you aright.
