Two possibilities.
1. 28/09/2014 is a typo and 08/09/2014 is correct. i.e Training starts 08/09 and letters of invitation will be gotten on or before 08/09- on or before the day training commences. Calender wise, 08/09- 6 weeks of training plus 2 weeks break hits just the right spot with Ms Salma declared resumption date of November 1/3

2. Both dates are correct as stated. i.e while training will start on 08/09, the period for receiving invitations was extended up to 28/09 (beginning of the 4th week of training) to accommodate those who need to tender resignation letters a month earlier in their current work places/or any other reason whatsoever.

Really, the idea of a "Typo" just means limitless interpretations of the dragnet message. e.g 28/09/2014 could actually be 29/09/2014.

P.S_ pt 2 is a long shot, so am sticking with 1.

P.P.S_you can reverse the dates in pt 1. but seeing 28/09 is a Sunday, I highly doubt it.

StealthyMe: Ebola: FG closes all PRIVATE and PUBLIC primary and secondary schools till 13th October.

The Federal Government has directed that all private and public primary and secondary schools should remain closed till 13th October, 2014 as a preventive measure against the spread of Ebola Virus Disease.

The preventive measures are decisions reached in a meeting the Minister of Education held with State Commissioners of Education in Abuja on tuesday (today). This measure was announced by the Minister of Education, Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau.

He said that any private school that fails to comply will be duly sanctioned by the State Ministry of Education.The Minister said that the government will go to any length to punish any school that fails to comply.He added all the State Ministries of Education are to immediately organise and ensure that at least two staff in each school, both public and private are trained on how to handle any suspected Ebola case.

Shekarau said the training of the staff on health must be concluded by 15th September, 2015.Shekarau said that he would meet with all State Commissioners of Education on 23rd September, 2014 to appraise the situation.
