Let's give it to East African cities they looked better plan down most anglophone cities in west Africa. The urban planners and city authorities are doing a tremendous job there with building codes and zoning. I wish we could be strict like them too and that is because they are mostly one city country. Kenya even tried with nakuru and eldoret but Tanzania has so much concentrated all their efforts in building dar re Salam that they forgot other parts of the country exist. I mean I watched a video of their witch hunt and I can tell you the places there were showing were not appealing at all. No tar road not even a single modern decent house in what the presenter described as a city centre. Sorry to say, it was all backwardness I was seeing. Drone view made it worse with just scanty dispersal settlements everywhere. So it's laughable when a Tanzania wants to compare with ghana in development because it's has daru Salam with decent skyline to mask the underdevelopment around his country. Whiles your city are aspiring to be like Newyork with high building, Accra is aspiring to be like California with extended single posh homes. Ghana man doesn't like living in condominiums.Evidence is why its keeps expanding instead of higher.
