They do sell to everyone that pays cash. How do dodgy countries like Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan got their fancy weapons from? We simply didnt pay for the Jaguars Maintance and Support contract . Ironically we have tob lame our military dictators and leadership in the 80s for that. A powerful military like NATO or the USA will attack Nigeria from the north and south and our military will collapse within a week.
