The first picture you posted was not a road at all I know that place when I visited Kenya 5 years ago it was a construction site there is no road across there is just Motorcycles with use it to Ferry people as a shortcut that area is a tall building which is being built and the motorcycles made a in Legal Road

importation controls the beninoise economy Mr man and some nigerians import goods from beninoise ports because of the high import duties in Nigerian ports basically to discourage importation and then SMUGGLE them through porous borders into Nigeria to sell...the Benin government deliberately charges low import duties because their economy thrives primarily on imports from smuggled goods into Nigeria. A classic example was when obasanjo closed Nigeria's borders.. Try to read up on that.
