If you want an ecommerce site, i would recommend you get a good developer and employ him for 3-6 months with very good renumeration. That way you can get the best tailored website.

session will be user session (I presume).

Well i use cookies but usually encounter problems of cookie being disabled. Session does not last as long as cookies. a combination of the two is also nice, have not actually tried it.

Database is much better. You create a unique identifier and store in the DB. But if the user does not end the session the user information will be left vulnerable to theft. unlike cookie and sessions that you can set session expiring time .

Actually, i am the programmer and the website is still under development. I needed an extra pair of programming eyes to look at it and poke holes in it.

Trying to work with Zend Framework though.

Will look more into it and see how to combat CSRF.

First phase is done. I will look into the hacks and make it more secure.

As for the CSRF, I think a little mod_rewrite would solve that.

Under development. It is not yet open to the public.

Second phase would resolve all of that and add other functionalities to it.

To start with, you should post this on the webmaster forum.

To optimize for search engine, first lets take it from the top

- Your title has to contain your keywords. If it is a static page better.

_second, use meta tags to type in your keywords

- third, use your keywords in content of your pages

- Finally - you can type your keywords in hidden fields

Note

Do not abuse these, use them modarately.

Finally before i finish, submit your site manually to search engines and post your site in forums and blog comments. Also try writing articles and submiting optimizing them also by using your keywords in your articles and also your website.
