Bro.... I've been taking photos and shooting videos of private citizens in public ...... and posting them online.... all without permission/ consent ... all legal. Be clear.... something ungodly... unreasonable... in poor taste... classless.... immoral .....in poor taste ... disrespectful.... doesn't make it illegal. That wasn't nice what he did ... but it wasn't illegal.

Ok bros it all depends on the people, not everybody will frown at it some people don't care when you do it, if they don't complain that means they are okay with it and that still doesn't make it legal. The moment you do it and the persons says stop if you don't then he can take you up. Try to understand the difference.

Bros if you are making a video for example in a restaurant and someone passes by or the person is within the radius of your view and you capture the person in the video that is NOT illegal.
If however you go to the person directly to video without permission like what the guy did it is illegal and that is what the law says.
I am not insinuating that shooting somebody is right but I was just explaining the extent to which people can go if you do that and it has happened to many people.

Keep misinterpreting the rule! If you are making a video and someone passes by or is at the background and you capture the person in your video that is not illegal.
