omo na the same thing o. if u applied through adexen or unilever na dsame test. i thought adexen was gonna administer their own test but instead they directed me to the unilever site where i had already done the test and gotten a regret mail today.

Yeske: I need help o. I got an e-mail like 3 hours ago asking me to write an online test as part of the recruitment exercise. I clicked on the website address in the mail and was taken to a unilever page. I tried logging in with my e-mail and password but has been getting an error message - "We were unable to find that e-mail and password in our system."

What can I do pls?


N.B. I applied through Adexen and thee-mail was from someone at Adexen.

C wot u will do,go to the unilver page and create a new account if u havnt already done that. That shud creat ur own page for u

mehn this whole kenexe abi wetin and adexen recruitment process is getting twisted by the seconds,i received a regret mail from uniliver around 4 was angry and quickly pushed delete. Then like almost 10 abi 20min later i got the invite for an online test from Adexen ,i am happy sha will take time to do this one. pls who know Adexen format. btw i wrote only one numerical test on friday.

jdbabzy: Having this strong dejavu feeling again. I recall those days in school when our results were to be released/pasted; the butterflies-in-the-stomach sensations were overwhelming.

Suddenly it feels like school all over again. I believe God'll do wonders; as He's always done in times past, especially to me, the most unqualified of all.

Yea,I was on the page until nothing happened save for the CLOSE dwindow link which I clicked. One is just left to wonder and draw rather faulty conclusions and generalizations as to why candidates who applied for the same position are treated differently.

pls how long did it take before u got the mail. I applied for Finance and wrote only one test,numerical reasoning,actually i just finished it and haven't received any acknowledgement from them.

Yea I did d ability test in ph and got the invite for d AC at enugu.
Plz what are u thoughts about these repetitions in all the AC,won't it gave unfair advantages to d later peeps abi do they have other methods of evaluation.

@jdbabzy, u nailed it. Its now a fact that the prepared exactly dsame questions and scenerios for all the assessment centres. We tackled dsame thing at d AC in enugu. Lag peeps still awaiting mk una no dull

...Everything abi anything is permissible,but not everything is profitable*lol. Bro d interview is straightforward and very interactive,so u won't hv time to jot down save in ur head,pls by all means shake hands if that opportunity presents itself.

@favour,is indeed a painful turnout of events,but I wanna blv all ur prayers aint in vain for everything worketh together for good....and Gods plans for us r always good nd not evil that we may reach an expected end.Just find solace in these words and continue in ur faith,d future is bright.

This info is a headsup to those still awaiting their Ac. I had mine in enugu yday,morning session. It was...well...,cool and exciting not really as rigorous or technical as I'd anticipated,jus straightforward. So my candid advice is be confident and be yourself,don't allow nervousness or timidity get d better part of u. The staffs there were very friendly,so u shudnt have difficulty expressing yourself.
Pls mk sure u partake in all the activities. I think the major areas u may want to beef up on if u hvnt already done that wud be on the Team work,ie d group discussion. We weren't able,in my group,to reach a consensus before our time elapsed so we dint quite present d report though I don't know what their evaluation criteria is,jus mk sure u contribute and kp to time. Then there is the presentation,u will be given a case and will be asked to present ur findings on a power point,like ours was a case of a coy that was flourishing at its inception,then 2yrs years later started having problems breaking even,lost most of its clients to competitors,its workers were dissatisfied and started leaving bla bla bla....u r to say*what u think is d problem,why u think tis d problem,ur solution and recommendation* pls while reading and analyzing d case,do well to mk ur points on d slides to save time and u shud also be able to defend ur positions during the presentation proper. Then d competency based interview,their focus here was chiefly on ur leadership ability or competency and team ability...whether u hv been a leader before,in what capacity u did perform,what wud u do if u have a team member whose ideas differ from urs,if u v ever been part of a team before,what role u played...bla bla bla...most of the questions revolved along those lines. Other prominent questions were questions on ur strength and weaknesses,how u v applied ur creativity in resolving an issue or a situation.... Not to forget d written test which was actually d first stage,is a case situation too with 20 questions for 20min. More like a comprehension sha,only ur logical and analytical skills will be tested with options for a.true b.false c.cannot say. U gato be fast here. Ehmm what else!?

The long awaited message unexpectedly came in today,mehn. I wrote in ph centre. Phase 2 details as regards date time and venue to be communicated in 2wks time for enugu assessment. Please those for lagos assessment centre should update us as soon as theirs commence in the 48hrs stated. Thank God finally.
