I have take pains and time to write this. In Nigeria , passing jamb is now like climbing mount. Everest. This has led to exam malpractice of various forms being skyrocketed to the highest order.
Many people are ignorant of what negative marking means.
What is Negative marking? Negative marking in it simplest form means when the total number of marks of questions you missed is been deducted from your total mark.
This write up is research a have been carrying out since two years ago. My goal is to help youths to their proposed destiny. I know some 'profs' on nairaland will want to oppose this but i tell you if you can follow my guidelines you will be happy you did.
FACTS ABOUT JAMB
- Jamb won't want you to pass because that is the source of their money.
- Jamb is an annual result.
By God's grace i wrote jamb once this year and have gained my desired admission.
You have to be wise! Not to waste you money.
My sister wrote jamb twice but failed. And any time she returns from the exam centre, we go through textbooks to solve the questions, and eventually when the series comes out our answes tallies with it but one thing i noticed was that the subject she answers few question she gets high marks. Then we decide to subtract the ones she missed from the ones that are correct and it eventually turns to her score. Waow? So i advised her in her next jamb to do only the ones she's sure of. Guess what? Her next jamb was like great! She's currently admitted now. You can imagine why your jamb score sometimes comes in odd number. It's because of negative marking. And that is what i applied in my jamb exam, and currently have been admitted into OAU for my desired course.
My candid advice are read well, pray well , do the ones you know best and then if you are not satisfied, do the one that you think you know. And when you check your result you will come back to this thread.
My goal is certain, to help youths change the world. Thanks for reading.
