AfroKnight: No. Our leaders are smart but corruption makes an intelligent man look stùpid. India is as corrupt as Nigeria. It never stopped their upward mobility in business and technology. Let's stop using corruption as a causation for the madness in this country. Enough of that nonsense. |

elpj: Let's blame our employers, they don't value the worth of Nigerians. I was working in a company as a quality control office and the owner retrench our Nigerian production manager and engage an Indian expatriate with master degree in Dairy technology. To my dismay this Indian expatriate don't know anything about the job he was engaged. The employers of labour in Nigeria believe if u see an Indian man in their company, it means quality or what I do t understand. It is the same Nigerians that will still put them through on the job. Maybe you don't bring any exceptional value to your employer. Try and look at things from the position of the business owner. |

ammyluv2002: And where are they today? Still under developed right? I wonder why we are not seeing the potentials on ground for us. Under developed as compared to where Nigeria? I see potentials in Nigeria, but it has been these same potentials for the past 60 years. Please tell me something I don't know. |

ammyluv2002: Hmmm!
Lolz...u are truly funny! Nigerians are really smart. Just give those sectors to the right guys to manage and see what happens. The government has refused to give the younger men a chance rather they make use of old and tired men #No offense Nigerians are smart agreed, but Indians are still way ahead of us. |

Indians are not too smart yet Nigerian companies pay them well You have to be kidding. Show me one sector where Nigerians outwit Indians on this planet. They are fraudulent business people just like Nigerians, but extremely smart people. |

ApexTitan: No doubt with what you are saying. Elections generate certain levels of uncertainty in economic sectors. Thing is in our case this uncertainity has gained enough momentum to push the economy into near recession because the new leadership has done little or nothing since assuming power to quell the markets.
Citing the change of power as the reason for this downturn is no longer an excuse as there has been ample time to initiate and implement policies that generate positive growth. 72 hours after the election result, the market signaled a solid approval of the change. The current malaise and dejection is a realisation, that this administration has no direction. Both monetary and fiscally, only pretenders will close their eyes to this fact. |

Nigerians will realise body language and propaganda don't create jobs. When federal government bonds are not redeemed because of foreign exchange restrictions, then you know this drama is just starting. Many will loose their jobs by the fourth quarter and its just the beginning. |

Much learning does not bring Joy. Only God can Thanks, we still have people with a sense of reality. The prof. should tell us what is the true story. |

kITATITA: Neither Buhari nor the APC made the accusation. It was the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Transport. Buhari only demanded due process in the allocation of funds. You can get details from the response of former Finance Minister, Okonjo Iweala Why are you always pretending to be smarter than a primary five pupil? Permanent sec. speaks on who's behalf? |
