All commercial banks in Nigeria are on MBS except Standard Chartered.

There is nothing wrong with Union Bank SOA, you can use them like any other bank account and get results based on the combined strength of your application.

I have had several clients who have use UBN accounts successfully.

Visa applications can be denied for several reasons, but the first thing that stands out from your post is that, the bulk of your funds (25m) is in a micro finance bank that cannot be easy to verified.

Please order for gcms notes before you reapply.

• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay. I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

For family ties, He has a son but not married, Dad is late, mum is into business. He's travelling alone.

For POF, I stood as the sponsor, submitted my microfinance six months bank statement of N25m and my business six months gt bank statement with balance of about 8m.
We also submitted his six months statement of account with balance of N750k

We submitted affidavit of support that I would be giving me $25k CAD which is about N8m.

We did not submit any Asset Document.

We've paid $6000 CAD tuition fee and submitted the receipt.

The school is NBCC

Mybankstatement works perfectly well and I always advise my clients to use it. You can always trust the system.

Your bank could even send you what was sent to the embassy for you to view also (I will not mention bank that can do that here)

You can get a closer date than what you have online if you go to iom Abuja in person.

That will depend on if you stay in Abuja or can travel to Abuja for medical.

This is not a good one, a lot of applicants don't want to be part of the process and end up expecting too much from the agent who in turn cut corners to meet these expectations. There is no need putting in a study visa application if you don't have money.

How do you use a made up bank statement for something as important as a visa application?

I used an agent to help with bank statement . I submitted in June this year, did upfront medical. Last two weeks, I got a mail "Procedural fairness, fraudulent bank account..."
On checking the account, it was all made up, and zero naira.

Do I accept and apologise?
Or do I get an immigration lawyer to handle the case?
