This is surely not of our might or ability any more. At this point I think we need to turn and submit to God in totality for his special and divine intervention in this recruitment process that is being delayed. We must pray against any force whatsoever that is working against the speedy conclusion of the process. I am a strong believer of the fact that a lot of negative things are averted when the children of the most high God approach Him through prayers. Pls add your prayers in agreement with His promise in Matthew 7:7 and Phillipians 4:19.

It is better you take up the job n put the Msc on hold. Am quite sure that in no time you will be done with your Ican while working with DB. Believe you me, the xperience you will acquire over the years combined with your professional qualification can be a strong leverage for you that going for Masters will become a thing of choice and not necessity. Anybody can go for Msc anytime anyday but not everybody can land a very good job(like DB) anytime anyday.
Talking about labour turnover in the banking sector, I must say that no employer will want keep a staff that do not add value to the organisation. Its in the same banking sector that guys are getting promoted almost on a daily bases. Pls be wise.

One Zaha that did his interview in lagos claims he recieved a success mail from Mainstreet Bank on the 27th of March. Lagos peeps, anyone else with success mail?

They should concentrate on putting efficient and effective medical facilities in place. Until then, the minister can go and sleep

The bill should be encouraged and implemented to ensure equality in the society. If our public officials are aware that they can not travel out for medical treatments, they will be forced to provide the health facilities which will be for the good of the country as whole.

Just one day off NL alot of things ve happened ooo. The Beam and Brut why exchanging words over what can be looked over? I hope the two re not falling in l*v* sha oo. I should not ve even come up wit this 'intuition' thing in the first place. But I blame it on MBL for their delay.
The delay by Mainstreet made me to go n while away time wit Heritage bank test yesterday. @all pls wish me luck since it is dangerous to stuck one's eggs in a basket. Lol.

I want to assume the management of mainstreet is taking its time to put the training school in order before calling the hopefuls for medicals and documentation since its being a while they recruited trainees. My intuition though.

The test is made up of two papers, 50 questions each and you are expected to make at least 50% in each (25marks). Its a combination of Maths, English, Critical Reasoning and a little bit of Current Affairs (States and Capital). Just study GMAT.
You also need to know a bit about banks generally- general and simple policies, which banks are defunct etc.

Just read your GMat. Then also have an idea bout current affairs, e.g. Who's d senate president, when was nations/africans cup played and in which country, Who's Bank PhB's MD(sounds strange for UBA, right?)
The test is simple: Maths, English and Current Affairs. Maths is 15 questions, English is 15 questions, Current Affairs is 20 questions.

I suspect that their(philips consulting) test is not computer based. Pls somebody should clarify.

Tetegh: I chose Makurdi. When I asked the intervIewers dat day, they simply said Very sOon.But I knOw they will first collate the result and aLso decide on the nature of the training Sch.
Can you pls help us get more info about the success mail.It might be true sha. I haven't called the H.R

I dont think the success mail story is true. It has not been confirmed by any candidate.

But tell us na,what's the pressing issue. Myself, I'm thinking of changing the preffered branch location I chose. Is it possible?

I actually wanted to find out how soon they will call to enable me decide whether to register for my professional exam or not. Brut thanks a bunch. Tetegh where did you choose as your prefered branch location?

I saw on another forum where someone is claiming to ve received success mail. Dont know how true.

Tetegh: It was very fine, thanks.They didn't even spend up to 5 minutes wit me, you know I served wit a Bank so thAt gave Me an upper hand. Did you guys fill the 'pre -employment forms' tOo?
We were 12 in number, its like 12 each day for Abuja Center.
We will meet when we resume @ Mainstreet.

Yes we filled the form. Can Lagos pps give us info as to the number of candidates interviewed per day?

Tetegh how was the interview today? Am sure it went as ordained by God. How many of you were present for the interview? I was made to understand that 15 candidates are scheduled for interview each day in Abuja I do not know if its same for Lagos. Anyways, I wish all of us a successful endeavour with mainstreet. IJN.

This is the 3rd stage of the process. We had a test early october last year, followed by interview around nov/dec in lagos and now this one that is going on currently. Hope this clarifies you?
